When you follow the purple haired daughter (i'm bad at remembering names) to the lake you have the option to stop and inspect. Instead of inspecting her ass you'll notice a mushroom and if you pick it up you will get that scene. Another hallucination.

I have no idea what I was really expecting from the description and screen-shots but damn, this was not it, and I am totally invested in seeing what happens next! Aside from wishing the sex scenes were a Bit longer... this is super-hot in a weird way (the best way for things to be hot), and I kinda really have to know what happens next, and I'm kinda creeped out (but again, in a good way), and I really want to see this game descend even further into filth...

This comment always irritates me. Android was available elsewhere for previous versions, so it isn't unreasonable for someone to ask if there's a port. Had there been no history of android versions, I'd somewhat understand, but there is, so it isn't unfathomable that someone would want an updated one.
