after getting her to girlfriend status, trying to sit on the couch with her the night afterward creates an exception error. maybe somebody else has mentioned this already and i've missed it. any fix for this?

I believe this is fixed int he 0.01.05 version found free on my patreon page. You can fix it yourself if you prefer by going into the game files. Go to images/home/lounge and rename 'pajamasSnuggle.png' to 'pajamasSnuggling.png'.

It would be nice to have some kind of walkthrough or indication on what to do next, in order to unlock the next event. I have tried 3 different routes however I have no idea how to initiate them one I maxed the requiered stat.
The only one I managed to begin yet was romance. It would also be very nice as mentioned already to have some kind of info, once you reached the end of a path in the current version.

The events you are struggling to trigger are mostly done by visiting the doorway in the afternoon on weekdays.
In 0.02 I plan to tell you when you unlock an event and I will add a 'you have hit the end of this path' message this afternoon.

For Submission and Obedience, do you plan to include a mechanic where you set rules for her? Orgasm control, what she's allowed to call you, outfit control, having her wear some kind of collar, stuff like that?

I want to have a selection of outfits. Maybe four per type (underwear, sleeping, casual, school, formal, sporty). Nude should also be an option for around the house at least, maybe some sort of rope thing also, we'll have to see what I can do. As well as that, I want special outfits. These are outfits which have their own scenes. This could be cosplay, or something more... restrictive or demeaning. My computer is rendering 24/7 as is, so these aren't things I can currently add but definitely want to.
I'm messing around with the sub-variables right now. You will definitely be able to order Sarah around in the two paths. Sometimes she will not follow your instructions, especially early in the submission path or if you're slack on discipline, and you'll have to make sure she doesn't do that again. I'm not certain on what your orders/instructions will be but I'm very open to suggestions. In 0.02 I plan for you to give Sarah a gift to 'wear' at school. I will say nothing more.
Also, I like the idea of slapping a collar around her neck and taking her for a walk in the park. The variations in such a scene between the submission and obedience paths are now running through my mind. Very distracting.

I forgot to say, in scenes you'll have more and more options as development continues. I would love to add some sort of mechanic which gauges how well you did in a sex scene for different parameters such as enjoyment and frustration. I would like to let you use your tongue for six hours if that's what you want to do, but have Sarah grow bored of this and want something else. Or you could skip foreplay all together and she's a tad uncomfortable and thus enjoys it less. Different paths will have Sarah want different things. The obedience path will have her wanting to please you and not the other way around - although everyone enjoys a good reward. The submission version of this would be more keeping her in-line rather than happy.

You might want to consider making the non-consensual/forced route where you establish dominance over her "Control" or "Enslavement" as opposed to "Submision". The term Submision is associated with consensual power exchange, and thus has a different connotation then what you're going for.

I would say that the route is forced but also consensual. She agrees to it, but she doesn't like that. She wishes her life could have gone another way. It's more the best of a lot of bad options for her. You force her to do things, but she could leave. Eventually, she may grow to accept or even enjoy your actions toward her, but that will only lead you to being harsher. Maybe in the end you will break her, I'm not sure.
I definitely won't use the term enslavement. In early plans I had the control path which I split into the positive (obedience) and negative (submission) paths. I'll likely use the term control as a sub-variable of submission in place of worth which it borrows from the obedience path right now.
I think it's more important that I explain the paths than what I name them. I still don't know what this explanation will be or where it will fit into the game. Maybe when I add a popup for stat increase, simply playing the game will give you a sense of each path by what increases it's stats.

You could just go with "Power". It's a consent neutral term that emphasizes the distinction from the current "Obedience" route.

Also, I will point out that the one group of people who actually care about a semantic distinction like that are BDSM practioners....aka one of your game's core demographics.

Power works. Thanks. I want to have things like this sorted out as soon as possible so future updates will be easier to make save-compatible. I could just change what the user sees but that will only causes me to get confused and bugs will creep in. I'd rather a bug-free release for 0.02.
