Who said anything about a third route? The issue is if there's a route already there for if we don't want to see Blake with men but we can't get to it.
I said at the time that 'bisexual points' were a mistake, should have stuck with gay and straight points. I don't believe that there's anything you can do with bisexual points that couldn't be done with them.
But I do use straight/gay points here, albeit indirectly. They're the ones determining whether or not you'll meet Tanya and Coco at the party instead of Claude and Troy, and it's important for the straight porn line. You see, the problem with the old points is that they're given for all sorts of stuff. Basically Blake gets «gayer» to the same degree both from reading gay magazines, and sucking Jamal's dick. Now, of course, there are separate variables to help with that, but I'm not sure which ones to pick. Not to mention, there's a lot of them. For example, in order to start Suya's route Blake has to keep with 14 different variables, and I'm still not sure if it works correctly.
Bottom line, I may add some additional conditions, but chances are they will be just as strict.

I just don't see why you'd want it to be so strict. To date the game has been very good about letting us choose if we want to see Blake with men or not, I don't see why you would want to throw all that away. Especially when most people don't want it.
"Too many variables" like that may be a sign that there should actually be a few more variables, I think I remember seeing one event that was checking 'has Blake had sex with a man' that was a great big or chain of checking every time he might have, when that could all be replaced by a single blakeHasFuckedMan variable. Or a function, that would encapsulate all those variables into a single easy to use block that could be called each time much easier.
I still don't see how bi points are supposed to be better than gay points, it's still +1 for everything just the same except now he's also getting them for being with women.

It’s partially due to the story reasons, and partially caused by the content itself. Tanya herself wants Blake to do men, because it’s easier, more profitable, and adds that straight boy turned gay fetish some people find interesting. As for the content, I intend Blake’s porn route to have significantly more male content. I mean, Blake is surrounded by women all the time. Rebecca, Zoey, Tanya, and the others despite not having their routes all play big roles in the story. And even when it comes to routes we have a 5/2 proportion. Which is why locking strictly straight porn route behind a high fence seems logical: it’s like a sign that says “it’s not really worth it”. That, of course, doesn’t mean straight Blake won’t get any scenes at all, but they’re probably gonna be outnumbered 2 to 1, or even 3 to 1.
Now, about that variable you mentioned: it doesn’t really solve most of my problems. Having sex with someone like Liam is different from having sex with Samuel. And what about Jamal? Blake was drugged up his ass in that scene. I kinda need to tie the events to specific conditions.
After thinking about all that I decided to add another condition to this event, where Blake can force a straight route for himself with enough dom (12 for now, but I will probably change that number) points, and no more than 6 gay points. Hopefully it’s good enough.

True, some events are going to want to link to specific scenes, but there are definitely a number of places that it is checking for the general case. Haven't there already been bugs where you forgot to include one of the variables in one of these big lists? I'm sure that sounds familiar. Making functions to check multiple variables instead of checking them manually is really good programming practice. For example to check how gay Blake is rather than having a check against his gay and straight points each time you could define a function like this:
Python:
init python:
    def kinsey():
        return 6 * hom / (hom + het)
That would return where he is on the Kinsey scale which while flawed for real life would work well enough as a model in a game.
Functions for general cases of his history would work the same, with the big list of different scene variables only needed in one place. For simplicity's sake, I'd probably divide the characters into three groups, for men, women, and dickgirls or femboys in their own group (sorry Liam, you're a girl now :ROFLMAO:).

Regarding this specific case having a dom check, it still sounds a little odd IMO, like if he fails is she going to force him to do it against his will? How assertive does he need to be just to tell her that he isn't gay? Can't really say for sure without seeing the actual scene itself of course, just talking about it never gives the whole picture. It just sounds funny.

No, you misunderstood me. Any sex with other person counts as cheating, unless it's a Trish's scene, or any porn video Blake shoots with another man. Iris is okay with Blake being gay for pay (Trish also kinda counts here, since she has a dick).
And that's her true route. Just don't cheat :)
Melinda's route is main, so it has a priority over all secondaries in dr. Lowe's sequence. Bree is also higher than Iris for that scene, because she has a lot more problems. I'm also not sure how did you manage to get both Bree and Iris, since I tried to make them incompatible, and some of their scenes are taking place simultaneously.
Sorry, I was not clear, I have two playthroughs going, I did not get them both in one playthrough.

You're probably already aware by now, but my skills in Python and programming in general aren't even on the surface level, it's just «stuff I've read in the RenPy tutorial». And I simply don't have time to learn all that wizardry, because when it comes to choosing between spending more time on writing the script versus trying to make it more polished, I'm always choosing the former. So, when you're explaining this to me, I feel like it's way above my current knowledge :)

No, there won't be a check, this dialogue option simply won't appear, unless Blake is confident in his ability to persuade Tanya. And it's not really about telling her that he's not gay (he's a sissy, so in her mind he should gush over every cock around), but forcing her to choose specific job for him, which she doesn't really want to do.
As for the points themselves, I was actually thinking of making a scale, where Blake could be in relationship with Samuel, and still tell Tanya that he's straight («I'm just pretending for his money», or something), if he has enough dominance (basically full points possible), but decided against it, since it's too much work for a very short joke :)

If you ever want any help or to learn more, feel free to ask any time, I'm fairly new to Renpy and Python myself but have been programming for a lot longer, and the fundamentals are similar. Functions are both one of the most basic and most useful things to know, if there was one thing I would suggest learning to use it would be functions.

:ROFLMAO: That might be pretty interesting in a way, but to work would have needed establishing way earlier I think. And I wonder how many people would be all that interested in it, I'd have thought that people who like Samuel would want Blake to like him too.

Thank you, I'll try to get into this once I'm done with v0.10 :)

Samuel can be kind of rough. Even more than bitch Blake would handle. In fact, in v0.10 some people will be finally able to leave his route. (So, that's five routes you can leave. Liam, Vanessa, Iris, Bree, and Samuel. Blake will never be able to leave Melinda. Never!)

Really good game, though it not meant to be played as a porn game, first walkthrough I tried to play maximizing kinks and sexual content in general, but I was really sad emotionaly, like on Rebecca route it's kinda forced gay content, which is hot, but those male characters are really off-putting and MC is scared (scene with Claude and Troy). When I did roleplay walkthrough with actions that I personally would do, it made game almost plot driven and non-sexual. I hope to see future releases. What will be the last Act?

That’s an interesting opinion :)
As for the last act, I’m really not sure. The game is far from finished, and Blake still has a lot of unresolved business to deal with. The next version, for example, will end with a huge cliffhanger.

Hey Yeda! To be honest with you, i am not the one to play games that include sissification. But what made me play this is your superb writing, funny humor and the intriguing story premises. You've done a good job with your game. Although i am not really used to seeing a sissy MC, this is something new for me. I've played till act 6 now and will proceed further, but i was wondering, will MC remain a sissy forever? Or will it be our choices that will shape the future of MC? If i go for all straight choices, will MC come out of his sissy form ahead of the story? Just curious :p

No, Blake won’t turn back. It doesn’t really make sense for his arc, as he’s feeling much better now, than in the past. However, v0.9 sorta became a turning point, where you’re choosing his personality for the rest of the game, and there are going to be some pretty big choices to make. Your straight routes will eventually turn Blake into a lesbian :)

I just realized which videoclip I have playing in my mind every time I think of the general atmosphere of Shattered (ignore the visuals)...

I don't think you were playing the same game is almost everyone else here if that is your take...

The fire was a catalist event for the change of scenario but the story progresses from it. The hair was a way to change Blake and show some passing of time between the events: from the fire to the present. Setting and tone are still the same post apocalyptic world slowly travelling to its end while femboy Blake witness it all happening.

Blake is a sissy, that will never change. The only options going forward will be if he stays the feminine route or bimbo route.

It's like they were bored of the setting and wanted to make a whole new game. And went about it in the most jarring way possible
That was a passage of time after the fire, all forms of media do them.

The worrying part is it needed explaining to you.
