Your game is completely broken - the amount of errors encountered are staggering. Please fix these before posting here again.
I hope this is not a complete linear progression game like bawdy traditions.
Hope there is free roam mode available in the game with plenty repeatable H-events!

There might be some problems moving forward if you use old save files.
So I'd recommend starting a new game.

Don't you worry, mate. It's just people who don't understand what NTR (netorare) is put this tag all over. I'm 99% sure that this game has nothing to do with it, unless, as you stated, 'one or more of her LIs will also sleep around'. Shy at the start female protagonist eventually cucking her BF/husband? Cheating, corruption tags, sure, no problem. No NTR whatsoever.I have no idea why this game carries the NTR tag. This is a game with a female protagonist. The FMC will probably sleep around, otherwise, what's the point? That certainly is not NTR when the protagonist is a male. So...
Maybe one or more of her LIs will also sleep around. I guess that would make it NTR. But for some strange reason that doesn't bother me. [Probably because I'm a male chauvinist pig.
I hope this post doesn't offend you. I'm tired, and I'm rambling, and I'm wondering why I started writing...
Sick of searching NTR-tagged games in various places only to find that majority of them has nothing to do with NTR. Guess have to start thinking about some rule of thumb like 'See female protag tag and NTR? Move along, nothing to see here'. Cause:
1) In absolute majority of cases it's not NTR, unless protag BF/husband/love interest is being seduced by other girl (or male, lol, I wonder how many games like this are there at all, if any?);
2) Even if it's netorare, it wouldn't... feel proper for a male player. ('But for some strange reason that doesn't bother me').

Looks like this happened because of an old save. You'll need to use new saves to generate the new variables.

I also wanted to report what I think is a little bug, difficult to find: if you go the mike route, the game forces you to go with the sexy dress (sexy=true), but later (with mike) there are choices for NOT having the sexy dress that are basically impossible to get to.. this section:
