At this point in the game's life i'd kill, for a skip feature.
Pregnancy takes forever and having to waste literal months is getting irksome. A button to skip through days at a time would be a godsend.

Made some changes for everyday ovulation (works on 0.18.4). Changed one of core files so most likely will be broken on update. Just place in "game" folder.
