Adult content in general is fine, incest is not. They will close your page eventually if you don't remove it. We know this because it has happened to a lot of devs before.

As it was my first game , and getting lot of disappointed feedback , but I don't take it in negative way , I will take it as a positive way to improve my game and I will accept there negative feedback for my development .

That's why a lot of devs, create a incest patch, or ask someone to create them, or some devs let you choose in the beginning of the game, the name of the other characters and their relationship towards the MC.
