Ren'Py's are not all created the same or equal, some use custom icons, custom codes, custom all knids of stuff that picks up as a virus..

Just disable your AV/Windows Defender and try. If the game works, then you know it's your AV. I don't have any issues here.

If you're running Windows, you probably have Windows Defender running too. Also, this game has 32-bit and 64-bit exe. The game is using custom icons which will trigger Windows Defender, so you actually see the "exe's" in the folder?
