i hear ya .. but this is not real life its a porn game ... if your looking for real life porn .. your at the wrong site for it ... altho .. alot of dev's lately has been using real porn in their games

I always found games that do not give that many fucks about the incest thing to be actually the ones more "normal".
It is those that go through hundreds of dialogues justifying the thing that actually feel like the ones disconnected from reality.
My point is that the first one is mainly porn logic, but the second one feels like the people playing it really want to f their own daughter, if that makes sense.

The best games go for a bit of realism though. Some games, like 23 Sisters did nothing for me because it is completely unbelievable and the story is just the intermission between sex scenes. That's the difference between porn game and adult visual novel. If you are only interested in the porn, this game isn't for you, if you are interested in the story, which includes taboo sex, it is great.

I don't see it that way. Part of the lure of a taboo for me is overcoming it. Concerning Incest: overcoming it on both sides. The danger of being found out. "Just go along and fuck your daughter" would not make much difference to her being a tenant for me, the intrigue would be gone. It's like starting a game and being declared the winner or the hero just punching the villain to pulp in the first 5 mintes - great, but where was the challenge? Where were the obstacles to be overcome?
As for the logic: there are a lot of disconnections in life between "what I want to do" and "what would be sensible to do" and there is - for many people - a lot of internal discussion about it.
I started to play it and lost 20 IQ score in the first 15 minutes, I just had to quit it.i play 23 sisters and found it a rather funny side of a porn game

(a) You missed actually two "important sexual experiences" between MC and two of his daughters. As has been said, there should be a story without just going all the way.
(b) This game is pretty far removed from a "slow burn", even more from a "slow slow slllloooooowwww" burn. I'd say it is roughly bang down the middle for the genre. But you get scenes with (admittedly to me pretty uninteresting) side characters extremely early and had a steady story progression with the girls without it ever regressing. One could even argue that the Lilith story is missing a step or two though I would consider that one okay as a sequence breaker - a bit of tsundere from a non tsundere so to speak.

It is always difficult to find the right balance between developing a story and giving the punters what they want. The reality is if CNG had Frank banging all the girls in an orgy in the first patch like some people seem to want, then the game would be awful with nowhere left to go.
I've always been happy with this stories pacing, it feels about right. But then again, I'm not one of those gamers that play with my dick hanging out waiting for the next fap.

Little off. Start of Chapter 2 is v1.14.
Next release is going to be Chapter 2 v1.15 it's even in the progress image a few posts up.

I just "completed" another run through and I still adore this story and the characters. I can't wait for the next update. The event I'm really looking forward to the meeting with Abby's bio dad. I know some might want her to get angry at him, and she would have every right, but that really isn't in her character. Personally, I would love her to list off all his offences to make him feel like shit, then tell him "Thank you" and then walk away. After all, if he stayed around, she wouldn't have been raised by Frank. She also doesn't need him.

In my opinion, she will listen to her biological father but make it clear to him that her father is Frank and she is a Shavell. How much drama will be involved remains to be seen. She will also make it clear to her producer that she only needs Frank as her father and that her family consists of Lilli and Becca in addition to Franks side.

Hey everyone, It's time for a sneak peek/Update of the next version. I don't want to spoil anything that happens in the update, but as you can see in the preview pics there will be a couple new characters (One is a new side LI, guess which one.) and Frank loses control of his dreams, again.
Major changes
I decided that after fighting with renpy to transfer saves between chapters and failing, to just scrap the idea of a second chapter altogether and to just keep it all as one game. Your saves from chapter one will still work. Though you will have to speed through 1.14 again.
Keeping the game as a single chapter will make things a lot easier from a dev standpoint. I'll be able to call back from any choice instead of the few that I had at the start of chapter 2, making for a more cohesive story. It will also avoid all the inevitable "My save isn't working" messages.
The one downside is that the main game file will continue to get bigger with each update. Though patches will still be made for each update (usually around 300 - 500mb).
Minor changes
I've gone through and fixed even more spelling/grammar errors from 0.1 to 1.14.
Added new menu backgrounds. They work sort of like checkpoints in the game. Once you reach a certain spot, the main menu will change. If you load an old save and pass a different checkpoint the menu will change to that. There are 3 new menu images plus the original. More will be added as the game goes on.
Other Stuff
Valentines is a few days away, I'll be making a post full of wallpapers.
1.15 is scheduled to be done and released before the the end of February.
