In my country, the age of sexual consent is lower than the age of majority, so there is the possibility of having sex with a minor legally.
Perhaps the creators want to avoid all risks entirely, but my eyes tell me that Abigail's appearance is definitely younger than the age she was set for.

, and did a count of the "prohibited relationships" (i.e. what each U.S. state considers incest), and if I counted right, 27 states included adopted/step relationships as incest (54%), 19 states only considers blood relations (38%), the remaining 4 were unclear in that list (and I couldn't be bothered to dig deeper). And out of all of them, Rhode Island is the only U.S. state that only prohibits marriage, but fully allows incestous sexy time between consenting adults (or rather, people 16 years and older).In essence, most of USA tends to agree with the site's tag rules regarding the definition of incest.
Also, I looked into the legality of incest in the country where I'm at, and those laws considers incest as between step and adopted people. (Again, I only bothered to check my country agains Wikipedia's summary of

As for this game which is likely set in Canada it wouldn't be incest by law, but given that Frank was a live in step father while they were both minors it would most likely run afoul of consent laws.

I think the statement about Frank's sterility is somewhat premature, unproven.
The author did not confirm or deny anything.
perhaps in the process of developing the plot, the answers will be given without fail.
while the author seems to keep the intrigue.
on speculations proving Frank's impotence, I will cite other speculations in favor of the reverse version.
as an indirect fact of Frank's possible prepotency - why did Shannon take the pills?
and why the author portrayed Frank as if he was 25 with his 40, that is, he looks like a man full of strength. impotent men don't usually look like that. they do not take care of their health and begin to abuse alcohol, others grow a beer belly.

i know that but to avoid lawsuits of distributing underager porn (game is available pretty much everywhere) all chars are over 18 and also patreon and subscribe rules say that chars have to be over 18, chars can look underager like lilly, mei and abby but since dev says they are over 18 he is safe (unless some1 goes to court but then that person would need to sue daz's devs too and no any guarantees that court would even approve it).

In CNG's poll 80% of his patreons were for that Mei joins the hares as LI, but here it looks not too good for her. I like her, I think she could be a good LI. When CNG give her more time to develop.
Some people like new characters, some like old ones. Changes was made few times, we see now the final result. I'm sorry for those who are on "old like" side, but now it's time to continue the story.

One of my cousins complained she could never get a date in college because she looked 14 and everybody assumed she was a supernerd that had graduated high school several years early (yes, she graduated at the normal time and just looked really young), so "Abby doesn't look 19, stealth underage!" doesn't sway me.

Discord has an estimate of 'End of July' from CNG. Obviously the release window will be firmed up closer to time as it is ready.

I find it weirder that her butt is buzzing. I'd like to inspect every detail of it to see why it does that. Perhaps some butt massage would help.
