Have you replay the v.010 HD version there is more fleshed out story and it even makes since now.
So is this game good? the artwork looks bad, like even worse than most of these 3d weird games. But if the story is actually good then ill try it out, also is it long? I got really sick of big brother because of how complex doing all the shit got later on and the writing was pretty crap.

Yes, I think it's good. But that's subjective.
The image quality may not be the best out there, but isn't the worst either.
In the last update all images were updated to Iray renders and the game now runs at 1920x1080 pixels.
This game is not like Big Brother. There is no clicking around the map and grinding for stats. Sisterly Lust is a choice based visual novel. It will take you less time to play than BB, and probably has more content. Also, the writing is much better than BB.
The renders are good enough, personally I like them. perverteer did an awesome job with the assets he has to work with. Try it out and see for yourself.
I finished the game hoping to find the sister in ropes, but didn't get till there. Did anyone get that scene thats in the preview images?
I resized those pictures and gave them an incorrect name... So they're in the game's package, but they're not correctly referenced. Should be fixed in v0.11. Thanks for pointing that one out.
I think it's even stated in the walkthrough, but pursuing all the girls in the game shouldn't have negative consequences in the long run. There might be a short stint of drama, but I'm too fond of the concept of the harem. So sharing is caring, in my mind, if you go that route.

I can confirm that a love route will be opening up from Day 22 and onwards, provided you've interacted with Mom frequently in the previous days.
I try to release monthly and I've been able to do so from the beginning. The last release v0.10-HD followed the v0.10 version and it updated all the old renders. I had limited time, because of my holiday in July. I'll resume the regular release schedule again this month with a content release.
The old artwork has been updated in the latest version, v0.10-HD. Maybe a mod (@bossapplesauce) could update those screenshots with the new versions? I've attached them to this post, including the updated game image (I'm too good for this world).
That's a scene from one of Mom's books, "The Way Of A Man With A Maid". One of the many erotic novels from the Victorian age, but this one has sadomasochistic themes as well, which is less common as far as I know.
