Played it yesterday and only ended up with liza and bella at the end.
Played it again today and ended up with rachael, susan and bella, but no liza. Can't understand what i did wrong to screw up the liza path. Hmm... will have to try a 3rd time. And funny reading comments here that you can get everyone preggo... might have to try a few different paths

I refused every outside character and married rachel, bella and susan (messed up the liza path somewhere)I tried to keep it in the Family but looks like if you refuse Ana you can't get enough lust points start the relationship with Rachel at the cinema.

The first time I played after the family come back from Belugio for the first time, the MC was building a relationship with all women of his family, minus Rachel. I was wondering why the MC hadn't done any lewd things with Rachel yet, so I downloaded the walkthrough to see if I've done something wrong and noticed that Rachel's path should've begun on the cinema date but I didn't got the option to do so. I just figured I shouldn't turn down her friends so I could get enough points with Rachel before the cinema date.
As for Liza, don't try to fuck her while she's drunk.

No, you don't need to turn down anyone, I think you got it wrong. when I DID refuse Rachel's friends it was when I couldn't start her path. Maybe I just missed some points here and there.

Spending time with them helps with Rachel also Alina helps with a problem much later in the game.
