There's a few variations of that. You can have two of the girls, three of the girls, or everyone, or only one. Impregnate who you want, avoid those you don't want. I made a big mistake first time I played this game which I learned from. Thank GOD for walkthroughs though. Now I basically have my specific route (Bella LOVE) memorized.

I have Maim Lain's gallery unlocker mod so that's how I watched all the scenes. That's basically the easiest thing to do is get the mod and watch. I usually, when I play, only do Bella's LOVE route. But if I want to watch any other scene, I use the mod.
If you want to use it, here, it has a built in walkthrough as well. He also has a "schoolgirl patch" that restores cut content.

I've seen the mother's ending once, but if they move to Belugio I'm assuming she left that stuff behind. As far as DURING the route, that I don't know. I'm almost curious now to do a run and see what happens because it's been so long since I did and that's a very good question.
To me it would be really weird since I've only done Bella's route for so damn long now I'm so not used to the stories for the other girls in the house. What the fuck. I'm curious myself now. I'm going in.

I was doing the same thing, zipping through the game. Was about to help Bella to begin that whole thing, but alright, good. Answered the question for the both of us then.

You can have all three sisters/roommates in the harem without Susan, but I THINK Bella needs to be on the submissive path for it. There is an ending with the three of them on Belugio. The walkthrough and the WT-mod definitely help for the choices

If you choose the full harem route with pregnancies (love & Discreet), if I recall correctly, Susan retires and acts as the pseudo-matriarch, raising her 5th child and providing guidance and suggestions to the daughters/sister-wives. The oldest sister, Liza, acts as the impartial peace-maker for any squabbles, while Bella opened the Coffee shop and Rachel went back to college. Then there are Adriana, Riley, Iris and the 10 secondary girls (and eventually 22 kids)...
