I just skipped through the game because I was curious. Yeah she stop being dominatrix and closes her business. Then she starts working as an accountant for a small business from their home in the island. This happens if you are being in love route with her ofc

I was doing the same thing, zipping through the game. Was about to help Bella to begin that whole thing, but alright, good. Answered the question for the both of us then.

So there is an ending but no lewd scenes with all three "roommates"? I only seem to recall scenes with full harem.

You can have all three sisters/roommates in the harem without Susan, but I THINK Bella needs to be on the submissive path for it. There is an ending with the three of them on Belugio. The walkthrough and the WT-mod definitely help for the choices

If you choose the full harem route with pregnancies (love & Discreet), if I recall correctly, Susan retires and acts as the pseudo-matriarch, raising her 5th child and providing guidance and suggestions to the daughters/sister-wives. The oldest sister, Liza, acts as the impartial peace-maker for any squabbles, while Bella opened the Coffee shop and Rachel went back to college. Then there are Adriana, Riley, Iris and the 10 secondary girls (and eventually 22 kids)...

It already comes "patched" when it comes to that. There is an extra mod for schoolgirl content that was taken out. So you might want to re-add that.
