While I agree it probably deserves a slot there, there are others where the threads are far more active (meaning pages in excess of 200) that are not on the popular list.
It's apparently completely abritray and there's no official way to request it either.

I'm really liking this one but there is one major thing that's bugging me about it. WTF was 'Barely Illuminated Life Force IX' a parody of? 'Galactic Struggle', 'MugCompendium', and I think another I can't remember atm are obvious ones but I cannot figure out what the game was a parody of.
