Well what you said might be the true, but after he lost's some patron's, just like that he find someone again, always find's some newbie that see this and say "wow!", because not so many game's in porn genre have those fetishes' in the game and with that gameplay.

how do you get a swimsuit in the event and can you only get it in story mode or also in freemode?
and also does anyone know if the game will ever get updated again?

1) I don't know exactly the requirements for the swimsuits, but by only completing the event and drinking the cum jars of the bartender everyday you can get 2 (the others can be obtained by using the clothing cheat code, but it generates bugs)
2) Special event clothing are only meant for free mode, i haven't tested if you can carry free mode clothes into the story mode (you can through the theater mode)
3) The Dev said that in the next year the EP 2 will begin developing, also said what new monsters and mechanics wants to add. Check the dev's itch.io
(Also around the 12th of March a new update for Lilly BBC should come)
If you are curious about updates and such you can ask the dev directly, usually responds the next day

I just spam sleep, and pet my fapets every 5 days. That way i can repeat the birthday event easily.
About the save file, maybe one of my saves in the OP has them, i don't remember which one

Do I understand this in the right manner? you just have to sleep often enough for the birthday event to start?
I've only had it once so far and paid little attention to the event if I'm honest.

Well, every event happens at the last 7 days of the month.
The order if i recall correctly is: Halloween>Summer>Birthday>Xmast>Halloween.
The birthday event is the most interactive one, because during the last 7 days you will have to complete Nishy ideas to achieve the multiple party events (its the same event but with different variations)

I have a question about the updates. Are they automatically downloaded and installed by the game or do you have to download the game again on the update day?

Every update needs you to download the game again.
Preferably, if you want to make it perfect it's recommended to delete all the game data and begin from 0, specially if there is new content added.
I'm already preparing a new updated save files repository, in a few days it should be ready

It's not a bad thing to start from scratch. on the contrary, that's almost what I enjoy the most. (I already have 8 saves that are all 100%).
