Ah... Godot! The handful of other games I've seen to use it (e.g. Strive4Power & Strive: Conquest, Porn Empire) are so radically different from what developers tend to achieve with Ren'Py, RPGMaker, TWINE, Unity, etc that I kind of have a soft spot for it. Maybe F95Zone will give the engine its own distinct tag someday so it's not just "Other". I mean, hell, they have a "Java" tag and I can only name Lilith's Throne as an exceptional game using it. Definitely like that you've captured an interface similar to Pokémon games without the encumbrance of similar attempts I've seen using RPGMaker/WolfRPG/etc.%APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\SLUTMASTER

Yeah, that's why I didn't go the RPGMaker or Rempy route, it would have helped me start the game quicker, but I would be limited by the engine or fighting against it constantly, having to adapt my workflow to what other people think is best.Ah... You should be able to go back with X always.So I can't figure out how to exit the options screen, escape doesn't work, neither does x (back) and the settings don't stick, so I can't even close the game and reopen it and not have it super loud and full screen.
The disclaimer was added last, after all systems were already created, mouse interaction will pretty much mean building the game again from the beginning. It's not realistic for me, unless I want to stop development for 3 months (give or take), to do this implementation, and most likely riddle the game with bugs. I am sorry if this is not a satisfactory answer, blame my shortsightedness.Also, it's weird that the mouse works for the disclaimer part but not in the menu.

To set a new key, move (with the arrows) to that key (the heart will be on the left of it), press action, press the new key, and that's it, now that key is bound to that action, and you should see it on the right.
You can do the same for all actions and have a custom setting (default keys should always work regardless).
To change the volume or full screen, you move to that option (with the arrows) and press action.
If this is not working like I expressed, then it is a bug, and I would appreciate any information you can give on how it happened (what you did before and your OS).

(I personally prefer the feel of using keys, makes it feel more like the games is parodying, like you are playing an emulator)

I didn't set any custom keys, i just opened the game, went to settings, changed to windowed and turned down the master volume and tried to go back. I'm running Windows11
And when i went back in to test it again to make sure i was giving you all the info, it worked...so yeah all good then i guess
That's really unfortunate, the game must be identifying your screen resolution wrongly.i tried that but nothing . ( also have reinstalled and redownload the game )
