They don't have the same content, you need all three to extract the complete game. The point is to make the individual downloads smaller, so you don't have to download 10 gigs at once.

The entire game is a mere 5 gigs unpacked, definitely don't see the point of splitting it into 3 parts.
Also anything with 10gigs or more could be distributed using torrents.

I don't really see the point either, but that's usually the reason for cutting up a download.

You got to put all three parts in the same place and then extract only the first one which will automatically include all three.
