Fuck, I never imagined I'd have to defend a game from its own developer, but ignore all that shit-talking about the game. It's unique, hilarious, touching at times and always hot as fuck. I respect that TK8000 has improved his skills but Solvalley isn't an amateur release by any stretch of the imagination. It is unlike most other games and has some of the funniest writing I've seen in a porn game. One of my favorite games by a landslide!

Stop talking shit, TK8000! ;)
:D

But I'm speaking from a strictly technical point of view. I also like Solvalley, I have fun and I laugh a lot with the older scenes that I don't remember so well.

But it is undeniable that the appeal of the game is for a more restricted audience. That's why I don't like to recommend Solvalley to anyone, this style of game ends up generating very polarized opinions, or people really like uncompromising and unpretentious style, or people hate it because the game does not follow an established standard.

And it may be a stupid thing on my part, but I feel a bit accountable when someone downloads Solvalley thinking that they will find a normal game and they end up being disappointed because it is a game that deflects from the pattern and is not taken seriously. As I'm already satisfied with the support I receive with Solvalley, I'd rather not try to "convince" anyone to try the game and just want to have fun doing a game that I like for people who also like it.

This is the only way for me to be Sunday at 00:05 working on one of the events of the game without being stressed and not wanting to kill myself :ROFLMAO:

The next update is almost ready, I'll test tomorrow and try to put it on Patreon the same day.

However, this is very different from HS Tutor. Solvalley was my first game and some scenes are very bad written. Some images and animations are awful too.

Also, I use a totally different style in Solvalley. While in HS Tutor I'm making a more "serious" game, Solvalley is a project that I do for fun, so there are a lot bizarre and nonsense things that don't please many people. It's not a game to be taken seriously, it's just a comedy game with a lot of characters, a lot of sex scenes and a lot of questionable stuff, lol.

Sincerely, in my opinion, there are many games made with Honey Select + Renpy that are much better than Solvalley for those who seek a more solid experience.

You know, I don't like to lie by saying: "Man, play my game, it's so much fun, you have the chance to relate to a lot of beautiful girls with unforgettable storylines! And don't forget to become my patron to help me make the game even better!!!"!

I prefer to say, "Man, some girls are not attractive, English is poorly written, mc is aggressively ugly, some images are technically a nightmare, but if for some mysterious reason you can overcome all those problems , MAYBE, and just maybe, you'll find a funny game with some hot scenes"

Bye!
@TK8000
Look here sir, I've played two of your damn games in as many days and enjoyed them both immensely, so don't shit on your work too fast. :) I'm sure Solvalley has been something different for you, but I'm prepared for it and will wait to see the new content. Granted, a few times your English writing in the script has made want to bludgeon myself with a brick and offer to help rewrite it because it makes sense most of the time, but just the grammar is off and some of the word choice. But back to my point. 2 games, 2 days, both of which have made me laugh a lot and not because of the grammar. Your writing while simple is inherently funny which means you must be pretty funny (although you must have had a philosophy or psychology paper at some point about Thomas Nagler or subjective experience because I ROFL'ed as soon as I saw the beginning of the Sandbox Mode: Alanna and Mary scene in House Arrest) . If I can handle all the crazy incest shit on this site, I think i can handle Solvalley, challenge accepted. I agree with @Korben Dallas without even having played this game and just basing it on your other work. I came here to be entertained, and you are among the few dev's that have delivered many laughs.

Besides, I like crazy weird shit, otherwise you wouldn't see Ecchi Sensei in my signature. That game crossed so many lines that I got tired of drawing lines in the sand, broke my stick and started a fire.

Keep up the good work. HS Tutor is fun, I look forward to more content and love the style, and House Arrest has been super fun too and Alanna has become one of my favorite game females now.

@viewfinderlife If you enjoyed House Arrest, then you will love Solvalley. It takes all the great things about House Arrest and makes them even better (although I doubt anything will ever surpass the hilarity of Joel using his coffee mug to cover himself when the exchange students broke into his house! Tears were streaming down my face! :ROFLMAO: )

I can understand that sense of responsibility to your audience and I commend you for having it. That shows you care about your work on more than simply a monetary level. On the other hand, this game falls squarely into the comedy genre and humor can be so subjective, especially in this day and age when it seems like everyone is looking to be outraged or offended.

At the risk of making a hyperbolic comparison, your work reminds me of the Farrelly Brothers (Dumb and Dumber, There's Something About Mary, etc); it deals in preposterous events and politically incorrect humor but it never feels mean-spirited and it always belies a deeper insight into the human condition. You clearly care about your characters and it shows.

But I understand that some people just want to beat off. In the end, no one really has an excuse for going into your game blind or anything else for that matter. The internet is overstuffed with everyone's fucking opinion on every fucking thing. Anyone who ends up feeling disappointed or misled by Solvalley is simply not doing their due diligence. This game thread is 100 pages long and contains 42 reviews. I might be crazy but I suspect somewhere in all of that noise is an accurate description of what to expect from your game. But hey, some people need to be told that a TV dinner coming out of a microwave is gonna be hot, so I'm probably just underestimating how committed some people are to being the laziest fucks they can possibly be. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Anyway, I think I've sucked your dick enough for one night. Get back to work on that threesome scene between Alex, Sarah, and her mother (fingers crossed that I'm right about that). Seriously though, thanks for being an engaging and nice dev. (y)

You can't yet. I'm closing all the storylines now and I'm going to try to dedicate myself to Mary, Alanna and the other Girl from Photo Studio (Monica) in the next update.

Solvalley School is amazing and by far the best game I've ever played on this site and better than your other 2 games even though it looks worse than House Arrest. Only possible complaint could be the bad english at places.

Do you mean the next update that's supposed to come out today (or in the next few days) or the one following that one?

Need help with the character cards. I dropped them in my honey select character card folder thing, but none of them pop up in game? do i need mods? is it only compatible with an older version of honey select?

ive pasted cards in the game before and they work, they will sometimes look messed up because i dont have all the mods, but they still show up, and these don't, why?

If you have the Honey Select Party then all the cards should work (but you need to edit all to trim the skin tones).

any new update on the release?
I'm working on the last scene of the update (Adrianna and Sarah). I predict that I can finish everything with another 4 or 5 hours of work. But at this very moment I stopped working because of a particular problem. I'll try to resume later for the download to be available tomorrow at my Patreon.

Honey Select Party is the latest version of the game + DLC. If you enter the game, "Party" should appear written on the home screen.
