Nothing has been posted on the Patreon page or Discord. Historically T Valle has come out with one update per month. The last update was on 29 December. If past experience holds we could see something in the next week.

You know what would also be nice? I know I said before how it would awesome if some of the girls can look 3d anime like but it would also be awesome if the girls can look like androids/robots. Can you imagine!!?!? I would love to have my way with a thicc busty android in this game! lolol

I like anime graphics too. I won't say it's the best, but it is indeed better than the uncanny valley DAZ 3D models.
You get a bone when you're excitement is fairly high, I've noticed it gets harder the closer to 50% of the bar you got. After you have expelled your matter your 'disgust' (disgust is the purple one above your pink excitement bar) meter will be very high, and will not be able to regain a hard on until this has reached 0.
P.S. I may be incorrect but this is what I have deduced out from playing for a while.

It seems to me that you have an older version of the monkey mode!
Update to the latest version and you'll see the options!

Sorry for such a late reply,also to @cvxcvgg,seems I had miss clicked an option in the trainer and that was not letting me get a full chub.Thank you.
Since this has been working for everyone so far, it is likely a local configuration issue.
PM me the BepInEx/LogOutput.log file and a screen capture showing which sliders are not working. I'll take a look.
P.s. Resolved. For posterity, the game was installed in a directory path containing non-ascii characters. BepInEx never loaded the mod . When in doubt, put the game and mods in something like "C:\SMA", insuring it has proper security access.

Haven't tested it much yet but the sounds are a nice addition.
Consider supporting the game if you can.
Edit: I seem to be having a problem where the screen flickers then the escape menu is upside down if I open it. The only way to fix it is to restart the game. I'm pretty sure its the version since nothing on my end has changed from the last. It's already happened about 3 times within an hour.

Comments on patreon have same issue I'm having. Latest version is basically unplayable considering the amount of time it takes to start getting decent girls and whatnot. Once you start to have any fun game just freezes and flickers requiring a closure of the game. I'll stick to 0.8.2.
