No unfortunately I'm not 100% certain. I do know that in my first playthrough that I rated natural hair colors higher, but I didn't get any change even with high level interviews. We still don't know every single attribute that goes in all the categories. For example teeth color is part of the mouth category, and there is also breast symmetry which T Valle has never mentioned. I think people have mentioned somewhere that there are 600 attributes in total.

Don't give up my fellow KOF fan! Read through this thread, a lot of good info, like lower the sensitivity for anger & pain, make yourself young & fit
and unlock the conversation clues (under CAN I after you unlock it) the moment you come across a girl whose pain (PURPLE) or anger (RED) meter goes up easily or quickly, RATE HER AS CRAZY so less of those sensitive types show up, but if you're able to women with find spots that go up pretty quickly on pleasure(PINK) and doesn't seem to get angry or feel pain easily, put her in the yes category, this will fine tune them to you liking, its a pretty original game but definitely has room to improve when you finally conquer a girl, its worth it.

Pretty sure the names are randomly generated. In general:
- Enable cheats, minimize her annoyance and sensitivity, enable "always forgive"
- Say hello, nice to meet you
- Say she looks fuckable
- Chose if you want to try a risky fast seduction or a safe and slow seduction:

Here is the save where I found the lvl 11 interview. You post it in your documents > t valle games > saves> 0.003 default.sav.
You might have to restart the game several times to get the lvl 11, but it spawns a lvl 5+ each time for me (i've tested it 5 times)
