You gotta get every other heroine first, then go Catwoman. You might also have to upgrade the MB, I'm not very sure about this part. Best to upgrade it anyways.

Well Guys, I finish all scenes of Heroines and... always not DNA of Terra.
All builds are up dating at their maximum and the same for the Heroines.
All scenes of the yatch are unlocking.
And... always not the room of Terra.
Nothing in the cloning room too.

Yes its my first time playing. I just figured it out after I post this. You have to do the Gorilla quest to get in prison and meet Ivy.
So I had posted about this before but deleted it because I thought this would be a better way to word this: I played both before and after this most recent bug fix and both times it hasn't let me go to Lex's office and when I click on Lex's building it takes me to the labs it doesn't have the pop-up that let's me choose between the labs and office. I might have missed something if anyone could let me know that would be greatly appreciated.
no seriously I don't know the trigger but do I need a set amount of money or do I need to keep unlocking scenes or do I need to get max threat level???
