No cause all the variable names are different.Do Chinese saves work with the English version?

I didn’t notice this, do you mean fully deleted or just moved to another location?Yes, I deleted them and a few other locations.
It would probably be a better use if you submitted pulls onto the GitHub (unless you wanted to work solo that is!), as otherwise we'll end up crossing into each other in terms of versioning.
They didnt do anythingI didn’t notice this, do you mean fully deleted or just moved to another location?
Edit: I see these locations are fully removed... I don't understand, what's the reasoning behind removing such large chunks of the game?
What are the file paths? The Chinese version also has 211 more images/videos...
I'm looking into it but my english file with missing files from prev version + v44.4->v46.6 path installed is short 211 files in /images compared to the original chinese version I had downloaded. They didnt do anything

I'll rebuild in that order and then do a diff to see whats missingI'm looking into it but my english file with missing files from prev version + v44.4->v46.6 path installed is short 211 files in /images compared to the original chinese version I had downloaded.
I'm running winmerge rn as well, I'll let you what the results are.I'll rebuild in that order and then do a diff to see whats missing
Sorry for the false alarm, it turns out I copied the new portrait files to the chinese version for a reason I can't remember.I'll rebuild in that order and then do a diff to see whats missing
That's a relief, I thought I messed up the Diff again!Sorry for the false alarm, it turns out I copied the new portrait files to the chinese version for a reason I can't remember.
However the diff check did turn up that all 图书馆 files aren't in the chinese version as well as all 拍摄. But that's not really a problem.
Yeah. The deleted locations are not part of SoA, they are part of Tower which the game was originally built on top of. They all connect to each other but don't connect to SoA, it's like having the skeleton of a different game in there. You can do a search for the bar location in the files and see what I mean - I'm going off memory here but I think it's only referenced in the City and Recreation locations which are both also deleted files. The characters and variables that appear in these locations are also self contained and the format is different (using the $gg array for example). Also theres a ton of images/videos for the bar, are you sure it's not used?
Yes I see now! It all connects to the location "univer" which once again doesn't connect to SoA. Super weird that the dev is keeping all the video/image files in from those locations, makes the file size quite a bit larger than it needs to be.That's a relief, I thought I messed up the Diff again!

I don't suppose there's any real harm in keeping the locations but the more text in these files then the more we've got to parse for translations and what have you. Seems the right to call to surgically remove them and if they're ever used in the future then adding them back isn't a hassle.
Thanks for the info. That's a relief, I thought I messed up the Diff again!

Btw I was also wondering why you’re doing Chinese->German->English cause that seems like even more stuff will get lost in translation that therE already is.Thanks for the info.
I have now deleted all locations from the QSP that are left over from Tower except TC.
F.... Well, everything from the beginning again XD
The latest QSP cheat file by dspeed has the fix.Sorry, trying to follow this. So what was the actual fix?
It's this page I think:How do I unlock the student council? I've already received the "school stalker" title so I seem to have done most of the university quests. However, I can't access the pool, the student council, etc.
It's blocking me from the a big part of the TV studio quests (can't meet the girl who fights, so can't raise the ratings up enough).
The walkthrough isn't helpful as it assumes I already have access to these places.
I want to use this feature on v46.6 as well.

This is already fixedThe fix is editing the QSP file to remove a typo in the night club location. I used "qspgen" I downloaded a long time ago for this.
It's a fix for this part of the game (Strip club owner):You must be registered to see the links
There can be only one QSP file in that folder. Follow Install Instructions in OP (i.e. delete the old QSP and leave the new one there)I'm still a bit awkward with QSP games. I downloaded the patch, transferred the assets folder over, but now the launch is giving me an error related to the standalone_content folder. I didn't change the name of anything. do i need to update the launch file somehow?
