I don't understand. How do I choose between Gorgons and Fiery Fans then, do I go with Kai or not?

Here, the WT is pretty clear: two choices, two branches either gorgons or humans, both are worth to be played, since they are completely different in the outcome.

Yes as you can have only members of one of boths groups to end up in your "bed".
The last few replies aren't completely true. The Gorgons/FF choice is the larger of the paths in the game, but there's also the Li/Hannah (for want of a better descriptor of it, named as such cos you end up fucking that character in that path) choice earlier on (when Kai asks you to do a job for him) if you choose Li, you fuck her, and end up having a foursome with some other gilfs if I recall correctly. If you choose Hannah, you end up freeing a unicorn after the assault on Meadows' house/compound and end up with +1 child from the nature spirit you fuck as a reward for saving the spikey horse.
There are other minor changes too, but those are the four major canonical paths afaik, Li/Gorgons, Li/FF, Hannah/Gorgons, Hannah/FF.

You're making things sound too automatic and direct in both cases. Also, the unicorn is a separate decision later - if you don't screw it up ofc.

No, it's always your choice, but if you accept a suggestion... I would accept Kai's offer and meet Ms. Li it would help you in the long term, for the scenes rememebr you can always use the skip/unseen twxt button...

Well accepting Ms. Li has a morefavorable outcome in the long term ( especially for Tamara imho), but yeah, Hannah has it's perks as well.
In the end it's up to him.

Everything can work out about the same either way. You miss out on sex with Li a couple times, but you get Hannah once. You miss the GILF orgy but you can get the forest spirit (who, unlike the GILFs, will give you an heir). If Li doesn't hook you up with Tamara, Abigail will. :shrug:

Yeah, in the end it's a matter of personal taste, I tried both paths and I must say I liked them almost the same.

The forest spirit has nothing to do with whether you meet with Li or go on the delivery with Hannah. It's purely based on whether you choose to help Li when she is attacked (thus meeting her contacts) or deal with Meadows yourself, find the Nightmare when searching his building, and then make the necessary choice to help it. If you help it, you meet the spirit and make a baby. I never do the delivery with Hannah, even though I would much prefer her over Li, because Li is the smart decision for business purposes.
Hannah sadly has no impact on the story yet as far as I can tell, however based on the fact that she runs off towards the end of the game to find her sister I believe, I think she will feature a bit more and hopefully become a love interest in the second game.

I dont really think either Li or Hannah are very attractive, to be honest. The Gorgons I like, but I kinda want to know which chicks you bang if you go for the other faction.

It's a porn game, you're allowed to have basic thoughts. I'm not really into GILF content in general and Hannah is my jam because I'm weak against redheads. The bartender and her sisters in Grandma's Boy or Rachel in Long Road Home make me feel a certain kind of way. But I always choose Li because the business aspect of it as I assume it will carry over to some extent into Sorcerer 2.
But, it's worth doing a Fiery Fangs playthrough if you haven't. I like the characters and you walk more of a tight rope with them because you're working with a demon. If I remember correctly it's a lot easier to get one of the three bad endings or the neutral ending while working with them instead of the Gorgons.
