Given that the name of that file has "23" in it, I suspect it is not compatible. But it also may not be needed, no easy way to tell short of installing it and seeing what happens.

The extras file gives you a few different angles during some sex scenes.
It's just extra camera angles for the sex scenes, and yeah it works, it just doesn't have the latest additions. And no you won't bug out with the old extras version either, it has been designed so that it only shows images that are present.
Please include update patches separately for download, file size is getting bigger.....it'll be convenient to download patches imo.

A lot of devs don't make them because they are awkward to do.
Chances are slim of that happening.
Patches tend to cause a lot of problems.

These two part downloads are kicking my bum. Everytime I think I have it and go to start from where 23.5 finished, it just says to be continued.
Looks like I have to wait for the next version and hope it is only in one part and get a longer play experience.

That's probably because you are on Li's route and like all the notes say, there is no more content for Li's route this update.

No worries.
If you want to try the new stuff, go back to just after the sex scene with Sabrina. You get the option of going to see Li or dealing with Delmar yourself.

So what route did you gals and guys go for?
The Li route or dealing with Delmar?
I somehow found dealing with him personally the better route
with all the possible ways of dealing with him.
Also returning that fiery unicorn pony to it's realm seems like
a thing the protagonist would do or what at least Miyuki and Sabrina
would definately make him to do.
All in all another great update.
Oh and the word "drider" for demons spider is in the same line of genius
as the epic "dauniece" from 23 Sisters.

Yeah, there are days I tend to avoid reading anything as even a singular word or phrase can trigger an image into my mind.
