Here's my reasoning for that: if you use rollback, there's literally no challenge in the dates. I want the player to pay attention to the dialogue, think of the girl's personality, and try to figure out the best choices by themselves. By enabling rollback, you can just choose whatever option, if it's a bad one, rollback. Rinse repeat. With that in mind, the entire system is pointless, as you're guaranteed 100% every time.

That's why there's two checkmarks, the blue and the pink one. You only need to get to the blue one to advance, but you want to pay attention and get to the pink one, since you'll unlock some of the sex scene earlier that way. The only time you need to get the pink one is the last date, and by then you'd have a better idea of each girl's personality.

This is the part of the game that involves challenge, and that your knowledge of each girl will pay off, and allowing rollback goes against that.

What I can do is to allow a retry on the same weekend, instead of having to wait for the next one (even though you can already jump to the next saturday if you check "options" in your room). I can also lower the blue threshold a little bit if too many people are having trouble with the dates. But for that one I'll need some data, check how often people are failing the dates.

My system is the following:

What I know for sure is that I'm going to complete the date right the first time and reaching the pink bar, because that is what I want to happen. I'm not going to wait to other day.

You'd already decided that you'll get the date right the "first time", so rollback or not it makes little difference in terms of what you were going to do anyway. It's just less convenient.

However, this is a part of the game that I want to add a degree of challenge. If you can just flick the mouse wheel and make the challenge go away, then it's all pointless.

Maybe the setting toggle would be the best of both worlds here.

I mean, there's very few other options to make choices matter here. Either I disable rollback for a bit, like I did, or I delay each choice's consequence so that you can't easily go back and change it. That last one is something I don't want to do, one of the worst things in VNs are when you get punished for a choice you made long ago.

There's already quite a few ways to work around the date restrictions. You can save and reload, you can retry them how many times you want, you can already skip straight to the saturday from your room. I'm just taking away the most immediate one to raise the stakes a little bit, try to signal to the player that they need to pay attention here.

Maybe I should add a "Disable Rollback on Important Choices" option in the settings? That way I can leave the default as it is, but you'd have an option to disable it if you'd want.

That's what I'm saying, I'm going to get it right the first time anyway. Having to load over and over again if I fail is a bummer, but it's what I've done in this update to get perfect dates at first time.

I think that the toggle can be a good solution.

Weird. It should unlock after you get affection 4 with all the girls, then you go back to the office at night in the weekdays. Have you played the older versions? There were some bugs involving that in the past, but I thought I'd fixed them all.

If all else fails, you can use the "reset claire" cheatcode, this will return Claire to affection 1. You'll have to repeat the "report picture" scenes, but it should fix any of those old bugs. If you still can't get the scene even after that, please let me know!

That would be the better put in a options for the players that want the option and have a challenge and for the people that want have a fun time
I would do the secon this IS a porn Game i play porn games for chill and have a relax fun time if i want a challenge i go to play elden ring or make a knife only challenge in old RE games ;P

Loving the game so far, do you think you will ever add a glory hole option when the peaking option is avaliable?
Also im not sure if you added this but when you steal their panties and sit behined them they always seem to hide, is there a diffrent result or should I stop grinding for it?

It's already planned that later in the story, if a girl catches you spying on her, she will show off a bit. Like with the stolen panties thing. So a glory hole scene in that context doesn't feel wrong to me.

Besides, there's only one dick in the game. I wouldn't call that "random".

For now I haven't peep on the LIs through the hole (I don't remember if when you discover it it's mandatory to peep, if it is, it's the only time I have used it). I haven't stolen any of the LIs' panties either, I guess my MC is a pretty uncommon pervert.

Two notes:

First, there's a bug in this version that will skip some dialogue in the second part of Lily's sex scene if you already have Violet at affection 9. This is already fixed in the next version. It will give you a choice in-game, but it's all placeholder. It skips a few sentences of dialogue, nothing major.

Second, the rollback cheat isn't the toggle that I was talking about earlier in this thread (I made the cheat initally for debug, and that was before I read your guy's posts). That will come out in the next version (the one currently on Patreon), with the content filter.

And I think that's it. I don't think this can be bumped on Latest Releases, since it's not been two weeks yet. Either way, enjoy!

Every time I launch the game it gives me the initial Title Screen and then it just goes to a black screen.. I've tried re-downloading and reinstalling. It'll either give me the black screen or the flashing "Relaunching Game": screen.

Can you tell me what device and android version are you running? Might be some weird compatibily problem.

From what I've found, the version of renpy I'm using doesn't play well with android 11. I'm considering an upgrade to a more recent version, but I have to do this very carefully, as it might mess some stuff up.
