Does interfering ever actually not work? I've done it like 10 times in a row and its never failed. I feel like it's kind of boring if you can't actually lose.

Talk to the nun outside to change who's the Baron will sleep on. It's mostly RNG, and you'll get the 1st scene most of the time. This is also the same even if the Baron chose the girl on morning. What I noticed though is all the 2nd scene occurs in the bathroom (except the head maid who is from the story)
Also, only the Bad End is worth seeing because of the extra scene. The harem bad end sucks, even though it has the most conditions. All girls are just standing with their naked sprites and begging one by one, then you'll be revelead as a spy by the informant maid, and caught, that's it, no extra CG.
I got the NTR harem ending and the Good ending is there another one? How do I get it? I read somewhere that you can get Azami to betray you or something but no matter how many times she does it with the Baron nothing happens

I think it might but, only if you've let him progress too far... which by that point why are you even bothering anyway lol. You're not wrong though. This game has the bones of something that could've been interesting.
But, in the end it's basically on rails. You either lose on purpose and get all the NTR scenes or you win and get basically nothing. Effectively making it kinda boring to play through.
Even with the NTR the scenes are rather tepid. Really would've been nice if they hadn't just stopped talking to you afterwards. If you could see the progression towards their fall as you lost them one by one and the followup n all that.

I don't see how you get any end at all.
The main heroine(spy) has way more than 38% on multiple parts, but I'm not getting an ending. How do I trigger the ending?
You need to complete the steps for the good ending after getting any of her ero stats to 38. So get the three keys and open the door above the barons room. When you go to leave with Azami you get the bad end instead of the good end.
The only ending that triggers automatically once corruption is high enough is the Harem NTR ending. Good ending and bad ending both require you to find the keys, obtain the evidence, and attempt to leave the mansion before you get the ending. (Harem ending might also require you to go to the 3rd floor at night after corruption requirements are satisfied. But you're probably going to stumble into that without meaning.)

I was considering to get the Harem ending but... god, no. If anyone has a corruption ending to share, you'd be a king.

NTR SAVE END , JUST GO TO NIGHT AND IT AUTOMATICALLY TRIGGERS after starting ninja training during day through selecting option by using nun outside mansion.

The one with the gate in front of it? If so, yes it can. After you tell Karin you pick her when she reaches max affection its opened permanently.(Nothing special in it though)
