The plot with the parents is quite ridiculous. They throw you under the bus, telling you on a few day notice that your life is turned up without ever consulting with you on it, then the Dad has the audacity to say "life is about sacrifices kiddo". Perfect place to have a choice what to reply, too bad there isn't one. I'd tell him to fuck himself right there after that line, not acting nice and shit.

Agreed. I mean, yeah, I'll go to the new place and all that, but at least give the option to tell them that the situation is bullshit and that they're being unreasonable to drop this on MC at the last minute.

Wow!! What a game so far. Definitely on my watch list. What i like about this is that it's wholesome. Things are not difficult to navigate ( for a point and click game ) not to mention wrong decisions can give you negative points so there's replayable content thus far. It gives the MC the impression of being himself, but also to think more about it's consequences. I love those games like melody and acting lessons.

The plot idea is rather simplistic... This couple and their 18 year old son live in an apartment in the city and they don't trust him to live there alone as an adult (yet they make comments about how he's an adult and he needs to start acting like one while they treat him like a kid and ship him off to a new school), they don't seem to have any friends in the city who the son could live with or who could visit the son while he lived alone in the apartment. In addition the MC is too easy going about the fact that he won't be graduating with his friends. Unless they've moved around a lot these could be kids he grew up with, spent at least the last 3 years with, and now he has to go try to integrate with a completely new group of kids in a richie rich school, stay faithful to his girlfriend, go stag to a prom, etc.

It would be one thing if the MC and his gf had an ugly breakup because of the fact that he is now not going to be able to take her to prom, the senior all nighter, whatever other things a couple in their senior year expects to do. Then the player could have the MC move on and try to find a relationship in the new town. But the entire games premise is that the MC needs to not cheat or be a scummy POS who does cheat, I sense a lot of tissue boxes will be used up by anyone playing this guy as a sincere and faithful individual.

Oh and he should have told his girlfriend right away that he was rooming with 3 women, lying to her like that (and not giving the player a choice to not lie) is not going to end well.

Overall, I am having fun with the game. It just has some moments that make me as I play

But she is listed under the girl-tracker so it is reasonable to think that she will be an option for awhile if not all game. I don't like playing MC's as cheating assholes (all cheaters are assholes), so if the MC and his GF don't break up then my MC will be a monk for a year.

Honestly I don't care for incest. I usually use the patches when they are available, but that's only because most of the times the dialogues are annoyingly stupid without them (like people calling eachother landlady and tennant in casual conversations). The only problem here is that you can't create a hot character, let us perv on her and then say that she's off limits! Come on man! No one likes a tease! Some 18 year olds are mature enough to handle a year apart. Other 18 year olds (or older) only think with their dicks and would look at moving in with a milf and a pair of high school girls as godsent. A total dream come true situation. Personally as I remember my high school/college first year I was of both minds.. had a GF I had great times with.. but also had a blast at college that first year along with my 'long distance' relationship. For every person who could handle that situation there has to be several who aren't mature enough to stay 'home' on their own.

Just because you were mature enough to handle that long distance (and congratulations on marrying your sweetheart)relationship by no stretch of the imagination means it could be handled by every other young hotblooded horny male.

As for the game? Enjoyed playing it very much and looking forward to whatever Danson brings to the table next. 7/10 is where I put this one in the grand scheme of things today... yeah loving those renders man.
