For anyone having trouble running this - try EnigmaVBUnpacker. It unpacks that .exe into the original rpgm folder structure. I found that the compressed executable is iffy sometimes but the unpacked version should be fine.
As for the game - yeah it needs a gallery and more savefiles (I think up to 20 are possible with some rpgm extensions). Still playing so I won't give a review yet but so far it's more game than 90% of what you find on this site

I am going to echo what other people said in the thread and say that It is a pretty fun video game but it kind of leaves a bit to be desired as a porn game. While seeing the list someone put earlier in the thread makes it look like there's a lot of scenes they are often times spaced so far apart that it seems to be far less. Add into that the fact that a lot of the scenes are completely missable (I missed the Lucy Blowjob and the yellow keycard) That it's entirely possible for your character to go half the game without nookie.

If it weren't for the knock-out skeleton dream, I would have had a 2 hour stretch (out of a 4 hour playtime) without seeing any scenes at all until the very end. Even if you find every scene, the game isn't really good for masturbation as you still have large sessions where you are just killing goblins. Comparing it to Lateshifter which while extremely short, also felt packed to the brim with H-scenes, it leaves a lot to be desired in the porn category.

The Gameplay is fun though and I did finish the game which is a rare thing for me nowadays so I gotta give props there. I just wish that some of the characters had a bit more. The character you save in the beginning has two scenes but they are both anal, Dr. Love's only scene is also anal and that's a real bummer to me, a guy who doesn't like anal. The only characters I can remember vaginally fucking were a character in the dream and both the greenskins. I would have liked being able to go back and have a second scene with the orc or the goblin after certain points as they were by far my favorite characters.

tl,dr: Its a fun game I just wish the h-scenes were less spaced out or there more of them. As a game, I would give it 4/5 but as a porn game I would give it 2.5/5

Echoing a lot of sentiments here, the game could be FASTLY improved with:

1. Quicksave/load
2. Gallery
3. Checkpoints/chapter system
4. The ability to rollback questions/dialog (whoops, pressed too quickly and chose something you didn't mean to? Enjoy playing from your last save
5. Better handling/comparison of items. It does it in some places, but not others. Also, do items break or am I going crazy?
6. If you keep spamming enemies, give some sweet loot, otherwise its just prolonging the game. It's not fun, it's padding.

I like this game a lot, but those QoL changes would help a ton.

1. Can't say I disagree with this one, the lack of save slots really crimps my ability to load up specific segments (fuck you Lenora).
2. This would be nice as well. I didn't even know certain scenes had you manage meters to get the right orgasm properly.
3. A checkpoint system would alleviate pressure, but I think it's not AS required as the others.
4. This. So much this. Too easy to miss dialogue segments because you got tired of listening to the same combinations over and over again.
5. Agree with this as well. Also, items DO break, it's just never stated for some reason, though I presume the prefixes before each weapon should give a good idea on how durable a weapon's gonna be.
6. You do get loot, just not in huge amounts. Of course, I don't know how this is in later segments, but in early game, it's not a major issue.

Here is a mockup.
Separate by character(even though they don't have the many scenes separately) and ??? out the names of those you've yet to come across with bonus stuff having it's own section for like the bonelord stuff. Can also add hints for scenes missed during that area/chapter.
As payment for my awesome work I will take an expansion to this and lateshifter.

Honestly, I definitely agree with a lot of the complaints about the interface, lack of saves, lack of a gallery, etc. But my biggest problem with the game was the combat stuff that honestly made up the majority of the time you spend playing it. The later game battles basically are just "hard" by throwing 100 enemies at you at once, which results in you having to watch through every enemy move one by one for like 1-2 minutes every time you're done moving. The combat really doesn't get any more interesting or anything as you get further into the game either; all that really changes is you get some weapons that do a bit more damage or are a bit more accurate. It basically is turn-based tactical rpg combat with only auto-attacking and no character progression, which is really boring.

The ranged weapons would break if used to much time to parry enemies' attacks.
After some cutscenes you can lose your current weapon.
