Based on the title of the window it looks like you're running the Japanese version. Are you sure you tried unpacking Game_EN.exe, not Game.exe? Take a look at the messages in the Enigma Unpacker window for errors. If you don't get a new folder and a new "_unpacked" exe then unpacking didn't work, or else it wrote the output somewhere else.

I did unpack the Game_En.exe which is working fine but the unpacked version don't work

Here is a more complete fix for the English version of the game. The contents are:
Evtext.wolf Evtext2.wolf -- fixes the missing voices from base game H-scenes, also re-translates them using a different MTL
Evtext3.wolf -- fixes the untranslated text for the DLC H-scenes
MapData2.wolf -- fixes the south map, including the bonus dungeon (DLC areas)
SystemFile2.wolf -- changes the title screen to English

In order to apply the patch it is necessary to unpack Game_EN.exe first.

Walk through the bush here and talk to the cow to skip to day 60. Go to new game plus and enter the couple's room. Click on the bear and you can unlock the gallery.

Autotranslation fucked up many things. Either use fix a several posts earlier or wait for official release whenever it happens.

All Acerola games are similar I really liked their "Colette the Cum Collecting Alchemist" game but it's not NTR, their Imouto Misaki and Young Wife Liana games are NTR and pretty similar.

I had the same problem, after applying his patch download the v6 zip fix and replace only the "Evtext.wolf" and "Evtext2.wolf" files from the Data folder, at least that worked for me... but the translation is so fucking bad it makes waiting 1 or 2 year for the Kagura release look appealing.
