I think not giving her the pharmacy package was my problem. I reloaded an older save, gave her the package and now when I went to bed we woke up in the middle up the night and she let me get off on her thighs now. It wasn't doing that before

I'm not sure this is the case, the Dev did a sort of tech demo of the new game, and while it is VERY rough around the edges, the game mechanics seems to be very similar to this game. While the premise is that his wife has some sort of illness which is super rare, not transmissible, and is held in check by sperm, which (in order of efficacy) can be rubbed into the body, swallowed or creampied, naturally the husband doesn't produce enough, and using the same source over and over loses some of the potency. So the wife is going to need "alternate" sources, one of the doctors mentions donated sperm, but "fresh" stuff is "obviously" better.

At the moment it has no renders and uses real porn static images, but I very much doubt these are anything more than place-holders. If you want to have a look at the tech demo, it should still be on Mega here...

Same as the mom, share a room, set your alarm to 8, and she'll wake you up. You probably don't have her stats high enough. I don't know if you also need to have her work unlocked, but that might be it.
