I think the game dev might be better off changing some of the wording for the game. For example the "straitened times" that is used for the title and often in the game will be mis-understood by many Americans. Most Americans will think of a straight line or something that is narrow in scope when they see "straitened times", not the intended indication of poverty. However most Americans will think of financial/economic hardship if the term "strained times" were used. Even better would just be to use "hard times" as that is much more commonly used in America.

Nothing major, just a matter of which English you are wanting to use. There are so many small differences between American, British, Canadian, and even Australian English that sometimes things can be lost in translation even when using words common to all language versions. I guess it really depends on who the target audience is.

I'm not sure this is the case, the Dev did a sort of tech demo of the new game, and while it is VERY rough around the edges, the game mechanics seems to be very similar to this game. While the premise is that his wife has some sort of illness which is super rare, not transmissible, and is held in check by sperm, which (in order of efficacy) can be rubbed into the body, swallowed or creampied, naturally the husband doesn't produce enough, and using the same source over and over loses some of the potency. So the wife is going to need "alternate" sources, one of the doctors mentions donated sperm, but "fresh" stuff is "obviously" better.

At the moment it has no renders and uses real porn static images, but I very much doubt these are anything more than place-holders. If you want to have a look at the tech demo, it should still be on Mega here...

The only way I could hate that plotline more is if there was somehow scat involved. But, hey, if that's what the dev is into, then go for it, I guess.

Hopefully the dev knows that there isn't going to be much overlap between fans of Straightened Times and this new game. IC/Harem fans for the most part hate swinging/NTR content, so he's going to have to drum up a whole new batch of supporters. I honestly doubt many patrons for Straightened Times will want their donations going towards a sharing game.

Anyway the reason ntr is so controversial is because it's MEANT to illicit an emotional response... so when people don't like it they get emotional. It's not kink shaming to acknowledge that a lot of people are turned off by certain kinks. Whatever you're into, that's fine. Enjoy it. Some people can have any sort of content and it won't negatively impact their experience at all. Great, lucky you! But a lot more of us have content that can just ruin it, so we avoid those tags like the plague.
