Tips at the beginning.
Some options (very expensive) we don't need to use, for example at Manager.
1. "Single Beddet Room", because we can get it for free (ask mother), in the beginning we play with two beds, until we have seen all the pictures with two beds. Then talk to mother.
2. Bathroom Lock and Girls Bathroom Lock because we can get it for free later (the girls don't lock anymore).
At the beginning we don't need "Adult TV" and "Girls Room Adult TV" either, we can use existing channels "Romance" for Mom and Lil and "Action" for Jill. Only after we get no points for the action can we use "Adult TV".
In "Strip Bar" we can also get the option with Jill and Mia (BJ) for free.
We don't need to use the option "I think you can use some money" either, it is better to pay for the dinner, it is much cheaper and works for all the girls.
Lit Teacher "shrink personal session" use the free option (after it's available) then talk to Lit Teacher (scores increase back to 100).

1.you have to sleep with Kate several times in the rented room and choose the right option in the bathroom in the morning.

I am happy that I found the game. After playing it for the first time, I immediately became a patron. Finally, another game that feels like it was made especially for me. It plays very well and it's not so easy to unlock everything. Just the way I like it, absolutely perfect.
