Reading this finally motivated me to fix something that's been bugging me: I changed my search default to by date rather than by relevance. Makes simple-searching threads for precisely this ^^^^^ sort of thing a lot easier.

Well, it seems you missed 22 visits of Lauren to Anna's house, and she wants to inform you about each of them.
It could be reached through real gameplay if you didn't visit her for a long time or by manipulating time variable.
I'll try to remove repetition of the event in the next update.
Right now you can remove her requests with console code:

I still haven't managed to trigger this scene. Not sure what I'm missing at this point.

You need to have the Principal and Police check why the gym lights are on a few times, this is where you stay quiet. Eventually, you get the option to pretend you hear a noise without the principal/police, and this is when you can fuck her.
