Army Wife is when you take the Barista Job, go to the new shop, sleep with customers and meet someone who's about to join the Army. You hook up, start dating, then get married.

Two main things to avoid that content are to not have Olivia as a mentor and not have Peter as a neighbour.

Have Faith as your mentor and then at the initial job selection pick to go on the interview/date that she has arranged for you. Then select to let him know you are only there for a job. Run through the rest of the semester and past the vacation and you will get an opportunity to work as the bikini barista.

Yes. It is possible to do pure lesbian route.
Easiest way is to work at bar and choose Samantha as mentor. There might be other ways, but I am not sure about them.
