To be fair, yes in real life people in general can and will suppress their urges, however this game uses the X-Change drug side effects to the more extreme side of things. The side effects in this game are for the most part there to be a gameplay punishment. Anyone familiar with the X-Change universe should know that these pills are instant gender swap, imagine the hormone hell that person would go through compared to real life trans people going through their transition treatment that can vary from months to years.

That's the issue with clashing real life logic and porn world logic, while you can argue 'this doesn't make sense' to one aspect of a game not suited to you, when you step back and see the bigger picture you realize how illogical everything is, not just the parts you dislike, and this applies to roughly 95% of porn games out there, when we do find a porn game that suites our individual fetishes we suspend our disbelief way more than we usually do.

For starters: Don't, use WinRAR. There are plenty of guides (even on here) on how to get WinRAR for free. It is the only tool I recommend for split apart rar's since most other free unzippers don't have support for that feature.

And yes, I know your "choices" at the beginning determine that, I've tried to run through it several times, it's always playing out extremely similarly, with a HARD maybe on extra or different options. You can't even make any choices if you casually tell your parents you're going to do it. All the choices are made for you. Hell even picking the natural woman pack, the virgin christian tutor and the boring nerd neighbour still leads to you absolutely sucking off and fucking everyone you meet. And taking the pill and having a total of 3 (mind you, FORCED) sexual encounters, you still get pregnant.

To the dev: if you want to write a porn story about someone completely losing their mind over cock, feel free to, but please advertise it that way. "This is a game" doesn't even do it justice. Games have gameplay, and lacking that, they at least have meaningful choices. This has neither. It's like watching someone else play a game and being frustrated at all the mistakes they make. If I want mindless porn I have pornhub.

IIRC, Natural Woman package has no side effects. But there are a bunch of invisible-to-the-player flags and variables that can influence things. That means you can get forced into decisions you would not have chosen otherwise, and it's not always clear why.

A virgin run is possible, at least as far as end of 1st semester - I've done one. Though afterward I immediately played another game where I was totally cock-hungry, because that's much more fun!

You definitely can finish the first semester as a virgin, but it took a bit of trial and error. Still, this is a valid point, you have to be pretty strict to do it because MC is constantly horny and seemingly being friendly or going off with any guy will result in them banging or her sucking someone off.
