Yeah, Studio FOW is getting a lot of feedback alright! Mostly from steam discussions and their discord. Everything is good, the game is awesome it seems because thanks to moderating these platform there is no more negative feedback, it somehow disappeared along with the users who posted it.

KS's updates now look like this:
View attachment 1456214
Because somehow platform on which your game was funded is not a place good enough to post updates. I am also sure it has nothing to do with being unable to moderate comments on KS.
I mean...you can still comment there about the update. The update just isn't posted there.

There is a moment in human life when you no longer need pictures between the text to enjoy reading. Be aware that since most people here are 18+ based on the theme of this forum there are more words than pictures or emotes during the discussions. For whatever the reason it seems to be an issue for you so let me offer you a place where you will probably find something that will interest you more than sitting here:
Damn, that showed me  and here I thought that it's the "grown ups" that don't waste their time typing walls of useless shit on a porn forum of all places, you destroyed me with that logic

I think the real problem with the walls of text on this thread is that they don't add any new or insightful criticisms. It's literally the same arguments that were being made 8 months ago, but much, much longer. FOW's poor PR, accusations of scamming, the Pandora system, the loops, wait times, your general disappointment. You're not exactly breaking any new ground here. It's all been said time and time again.

There's a thing called "skipping". If a wall of text seem too familiar, you actually have a choice to not read it.
If they didn't take up literally an entire page with 2-3 comments, I'd agree with you. If they didn't reply to a single paragraph comment with 6, I'd agree with you. As it stands I don't agree with you.
*Edited out a redundant point, sorry.

Ya, and just in case some people don't know, as I've come across people who legitimately didn't know how to do it on this site, you can put people on ignore if desired - just hover your cursor over their username and after 2-3 seconds you'll get a menu and see an 'ignore' option.

It seems I did. Another advice, "grown ups" do not complain about people writing longer messages just because some people are too lazy to read them.
OOF...thanks for the cringe, straightened my back, I don't even know what to reply to this cause I'm getting second hand embarrassment. I know that people are bored waiting for the update, but like...yeah time to hop along and write another book paragraph to feel better.

Effectively killing the thread's entire population in the process.

Just offering a potential solution for folks easily exasperated by the daunting task of reading lengthy posts - I don't think many will need it though. The majority can handle some reading and in cases when they see a post that they aren't interested in reading the entirety of, they can just scroll past it to the next one (what I do).

Shorter, concise statements that are on point and easy to understand shows that someone is taking the time to curate their thoughts. Having a brain explosion of text that rambles on doesn't show maturity in my opinion. This is why people joke about walls of text.
The problem is that strawman arguments are usually made in these kind of threads when people don't detail exactly what they mean. Some points require a lot of explaining too, especially when we're referring to the many different issues people have with Subverse and Fow's management itself.

I just don't like how the complaints about people's complaints have sort of gone the goalpost route of things. We had people whining about negative feedback and then about arguments, etc. Now that the conversation has been the most civil it's been in months, someone is now whining that posts are too long. At what point do we accept that some people in this thread don't seem to care about the discussion as much as they think they do, and that they're really just here to whine about "whiners" whining endlessly?

EDIT: For people who claim to hate pointless arguments, you guys sure love to reignite them the moment they're gone.

Ya, definitely looking forward to more stuff with her - I wonder if Captain has any existing history with her. ie will they recognize each other when they inevitably see each other down the road in the story.
Hard to tell, but hopefully we'll find out sometime next year. I believe they said her update would be the one after this one, though I could be mistaken.

I'm not really sure where I saw it. I could be just imagining things, but I swear I read it somewhere.

and it's the devs who decide what it is
Factually wrong. If the ice cream man gives you a strawberry ice cream and he swears for his life that it is chocolate, it doesn't make it chocolate. Ever heard about "death of the author"? It doesn't matter what you, as an author of anything, conceive it as, it's what people perceive it as what will define it because the author doesn't live in a bubble, especially when he shares his work with the world, it's up to the world to judge it, and if the artist can't properly convey what he meant to do, then that's mostly his problem, not everyone else's.

It's seen in all sorts of media, particularly music, where a songwriter writes, say, a song inviting you to reflect on a delicate subject, but everyone takes it as a party song because it has a catchy tune or it's just popular. Doesn't erase the original message, but sure as hell most people won't care.

Just my two cents as to why this thread is tagged as ntr. If you as a public figure has been doing monster on women porn and promised to have lots of that in your game, that's how people will perceive you even if you changed course mid-way.

That's some great out of context quote ngl...I was talking about this forum specifically though, not sure why you had to go on some crazy analogy about it.
I don't know if it still needs to be said, but a lot of people have absolutely no clue what ntr is and leaving it to the people of this forum to decide what is or isn't, yeah, that's a terrible idea.
