This is not how it works. Do you know what a porn game is? This is when, after defeating the enemy, you get a bed scene as a reward; when during the trip you can attend erotic events; when you lose the battle and get the corresponding scene. This is what a porn game is, that is, a game built on the elements of porn. Personally, in Subverse, I see it as a full-fledged game (roughly speaking) and as porn in the form of ten-second videos. The only good example is recruiting missions. No, the quality of the project is very good (of course, that much money was received). Here's just the main problem, because of which it cannot be called a porn game - these are two elements that are very poorly and ineptly related to each other. This can be seen with the naked eye and only a stubborn person will not notice it.

as much as I enjoy NLT’s games, you’re aware those are basically the ‘5 second gifs’ people have complained about here?
Yes there are many of them, but given they lack voice acting aside from a few generic moans and single lines of dialogue amidst an entire conversation, I don’t really go back to them outside of Janet and Madalyn’s scenes. Yeah you got more angles, but very little else.
To be completely honest, Subverse waifus' moanings voiced by semi-professional actresses is one the main things that makes my pp hard... (>_>) Maybe it's not that important for someone, but scenes would work way worse for me without those awesome voices.

I was thinking the same, I will just bookmark this and look for updates myself, it is going to be better than seeing all of this BS on the forum. IT IS JUST A GAME FFS.

It might help a little bit if the Installation instructions on the first post mentioned needing the crack, instead of just saying "Install and Run" and nothing else. Most games found here don't need cracks, and not everyone is a veteran pirate, so might not even think to search for the crack file, and just searching "game won't start" for this thread gets results mainly about cheats. A thread search for "game won't run" gets a reference to needing the crack, but is still a step removed from outright explaining what "crack" means.

2. NLT did not make a Kickstarter that amounted 1.5 million euros
3. I'd rather have constant quality updates instead of voice acting
4. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure there's almost no voice acting in current sex scenes in Subverse
The difference between staff and budget is kinda significant, since the money figure you love waving around goes to them, and not the smaller group NLT has. FOW also doesn't have a Patreon to pull in monthly revenue the last 2 years making the game. NLT has over 13,000 Patrons, and is the 4th ranked earner among Adult games on Patreon. So they're not exactly starved for cash.
And for the last point, if you really can't tell the difference between 4 ladies moaning so far, then you really don't know anything about voice acting xD
