dear olympus just wanted to say that your patreon angel icon looks like a hybrid of monster girl quest angel soldiers "alexi" and disgaea female angel character. the deadpan facial expression suits her wlwowl"lol www".

also idea for future game : either a human girl (preferabbly either short stack and or busty tall older sister type) turned succubus "mermaid" or a succubus by default mermaid with huge breasts fights the hero in the water and her temptation is hand jobs. if you lose to her , she gives you paizuri and paizuri fellatio in the water.
as havent seen any monster girl/succubus game have breast sex that is shown happening in the water.
it would be intresting concept to have happen at least once in the series.
I think within these 429 pages Zion said he wasn't into monster girls so they were not planned for any of the game (thus why the succubus here look very close to human) so I wouldn't count on a mermaid one if you mean lamia type.

There is only one chapter left for the first game. All these delays happened mostly due to not having the art done.
SC1 art is done. WS art is done. SC2 will probably have the art done by the time I release WS.
I'm investing in multiple projects exactly to have all the art done before I start them.

Take a look at Eden Crest. I started it in March, last year. I already finished it, in less than a year.
Why? Because I had all the art with me.
I see, So what storefront do you plan to release this on? I'd imagine it could easily get through steam seeing how all the girls have about the same body type typically with there only really being a difference in breast size far as I've seen and they look very much passable unless you get unlucky and get someone with eyes rotting out of their skull instead of someone normal to review it.
Unless, this is planned to be left as a free game on it release

I plan to release it on Steam and DLsite. I'll look for other alternatives after it, but that's what I have in mind for now.

no longer gonna follow this game updates seem very slow
Game development takes a long time, especially for indie devs. The creator of this game is working on another project right now that's basically complete and is in the playtest phase. After that's done he's going to continue development on this. Also, we're pirates man. Beggars can't be choosers. Zion is one of the only devs I've seen that actually replies daily to questions and doesn't waste time to take as much patreon money as he can. He regularly tells us how development is going and is very down to earth when it comes to delays. You should be grateful, it's rare to see an hgame dev like him nowadays. Especially one that regularly comments on a forum for pirates.

this game updates very slow on RPG 1D game.
Zion also take as much patreon money as he can. Zion can hire a spare artist for injured artist arts. Use the injuried artist for next upcoming chapter arts. Just like that the main game will come out in time .The new games will also come out on its own. But No, Zion chose to throw the main game everytime artist injure. Zion wanna release new games but he do not want to work on 2 game at the same time. With this he can extend his pateron life .There is nothing zion can do for this site.So he also use the site for his advantages. You found it grateful for zion telling us update.I found it ugly like he look so desperate to gain more paterons.

He has a very good relationship with his main artist as far as I know, plus it would be a dick move to fire him over a hand injury. He did hire a second artist for some sprites for the main game and got him to work on a side project that expanded on the world. Looks like he didn't want to exclude his main artist from the game, which I find very reasonable. You can't rush art, I would much prefer if the game looked like Zion wanted it with the artist he intended. I don't understand why you think development on this is slow, either. It's been a year and the game has like 15 - 20 hours of content plus he's working on side projects, one that ties into the lore of the game. It literally follows someone who's part of a villain faction from SC. This game is clearly story first and porn second. I feel like you would be better off just ripping the cgs than playing the game. How can you find it "ugly" that zion tells us about how game development is going? What's he going to do? Deceive me into believing he's working on the game? Then I ask this, would you prefer it if he didn't interact with us and left us in the dark about what's being worked on?

Honestly I'd think it would be a good idea to hire more than one artist to work on your game so the other doesn't have to deal with a heavy workload if you are working on a game that is meant to be a bit bigger than most, Honestly if someone actually expected one artist to work on a quarter of the shit in a game like MGQ I'd be pissed myself. but different artists draw in different ways and if you pay enough attention you can see the difference clearly so it isn't something you should grab just Any good artist for.

Overall i'd say a reasonable time frame for a rpgm game would be somewhere around 1 or 2 years and if it is big maybe just under 3 looking at games like The sequel series, Lust series and minwa's games.

I'd say give it another year before he should be knocked assuming this game came out some time during late 2021

This is the second time as I am assuming there will be no third time of artist injury but we will see in the future how zion will manage three game development. Will he stop main game development for two side games? It is a good way to stop other games development econo
mically.zion never said he will make 3game at same time. Does weird to see the game owner in pirate site.

If there is any other problem where I'll have to wait for 6 months or more for the development to resume, I'll give up on SC.
I'll start making short games, with like 10 girls and focused only on the hentai aspect of it.
Will try to keep Shiki and perhaps Renetan too in this scenario. But I'm tired of these delays.

I made a new deal with the main artist, so he can work less while making more to avoid another injury (he no longer needs commissions, for example).
If that doesn't work, I'm out.

I work with 5 artists.

I tried working with a bigger team, but it's a LOT of stress to deal and coordinate a bigger team.
When it starts affecting my health, it isn't worth it.

This is why I have side projects instead of "keeping the money".
I work with 5 artists. I barely keep anything from patreon.
What I'm hoping is that the game sells well, so I can live comfortably with the copies sold.

I WANT this project to succeed. I am pushing as fiercely as I can for it to work.
Which reminded me of this video, where he explains that nothing worked out for him for 8 years:

So after a lot of searching I finally found a working link from a prior build of the game that still had the animations, no clue if anyone else wants to play an out of date version of the game just for the animations but if you do here's the link:

Thank you for sharing the animated version!

*Looks at some of the above comments* Looks like succubi aren't the only soul sucking parasites in this fandom. *Cough* Choosingbeggars *Cough, cough*.

To all the impatient ones out there complaining, here's a free game you can download to pass the time between releases: Choosingbeggar Bingo.

I understand that people want the 3 games out now because what we have now is great but it's not 1 month patreon = game done. Injuries are not planned (you think Zion wanted that delay ?), multiple artists is not a solution if they don't have the same style as things will simply look out of place (and it multiplies the cost), and lastly the games are free (at least for now) ? What are you complaining for when you're not paying anything ?

Games will be great, just be patient and not blame Zion for having morals and not dumping an artist for overworking and hurting himself, and be grateful to have answers daily.

You contradict yourself hard,im dissapointed to see you contemplating to give up so casually,as if this site isnt filled with what could have been great games but were abandoned, because no one takes this fucking site seriously or anything that is atleast "free",then you share a video of a guy who took 8 years to succed, well dude you arent even close to 8 years and things have worked out somewhat unlike him so you have no reason to even contemplate giving up yet or ever, you gotta re-read and realise how fucked up it is to contradict yourself by saying you would give up if things at the first opportunity dont work out but say that its ok they havent worked out so far because a guy you know needed 8 years, did you post the video for what? To feel more sorry about yourself? To provide a explanation for things going slowly? Or and i hope is this, that you tried to encourage yourself by saying that succes comes even when you dont expect it or long time.

If you really want to take the stress angle just realise this, anything you will ever do in your life will be stressful, even more so if its something ambitious and constructive, any achievment takes effort and with that comes stress too,if you give up on the game for being "too stressful" you wont take long to find something else in real life or smt else to stress you just as much.

I posted that video to say that I keep pushing forward. lol
After all these problems, many developers would have just given up.
I tried changing, making new deals, calling new people, starting new projects so all the weight doesn't fall to a single artist.

But that has limits. Every time a big delay happens, it sips away the will to develop the game.
Which makes me think that perhaps I started a overly ambitious project and I should backdown.

I want to develop this series, but only time will tell if I can succeed. As always, I'll keep moving forward.
