The latest update has all 11 chapters and 2/5 side quests translated into English. However, it has not been posted here yet. Hopefully someone will come along and post the update soon.

There is sexy time outside of losing in combat but it is of course femdom and some will impair you gameplay(loss of resources/levels)

Mostly. It's kinda BF-y? Only the enemies have sexual attacks and almost all of the full h-scenes are GOR.

No, all main levels are done, side quests are WIP (2/5), replay room and NG+ content still awaiting translation.
It's more than playable as it is, be a little while till all the remaining content is done though.
Are there any enemies aside from the loli and (to a lesser extent) the blonde that don't have a massive chest? Cause based on the preview images basically every character has massive chests aside from those two. I'm not asking if there are more loli characters either, I just find chests this ridiculously large as unattractive, the only reason I stopped to ask was cause those two makes me think there might at least be some more characters that wouldn't turn me off.
It's a boob focused game, most female enemies have massive chests. I'd say about 30% or so aren't like that, some lolis, some not. Keep in mind this is mostly text based with some animations strewn about.
