Wheres the saves located?

Saves are not easily accessible in either version due to technical limitations, which is why the save to disk option exists. As mentioned, you can use the save to disk feature to create a save file you can do whatever you want with which can be imported into any version of the game.

You can save game to file at least in latest version from itch

Thanks! I just use Daz 3D, which is basically the industry standard for adult games. I purchased most of the models on the Daz store, though I do make edits and fine-tune them myself.

All that's really in the patron edition is the built-in cheats. In v0.12, mod support and the in-game console are coming to the free edition anyway, so enterprising users will be able to cheat pretty easily soon enough.

I don't want to downplay the patron edition too much, but the free edition really is the complete version of the game.

I actually just added a few new renders this update, so they're still being made. As far as the infamous alleyway content, I'm not sure that will ever get CGs, lol.

I mean, thats what fetish triggers are for - right, you can just subdivide it between CG and text triggers. Thats in the future tho. THe alleyway content is great and you should add more to it.

How dare you accuse me, an upstanding porn game developer, of being a filthy degenerate!

Anyway, on a serious note, adding CGs for the more "unique" activities featured in the game is harder. The further away you get from vanilla sex stuff the fewer assets you will find. Even finding decent cum effects actually took quite some digging. I do tend to make edits and customizations to many of the assets I use, but generating them totally from scratch is still beyond my abilities at this point in time. As far as the 2D art goes, that's actually a little easier, but does come with it's own complications.

I also think there are other activities and events I could add CGs to way more easily, like group sex or gloryhole stuff, that would be far easier. I'll tell you what, though, I do like the alleyway stuff, guilty as charged, and I'm gonna give it some love next update. I can't give it CGs right now, but I can add more scene variants and maybe even some other actions to it.

That is always the issue isn't it? Same thing with trying to find your fetish is the more bizarre it is, the less you will find of it.

Normally I can find the files to do this, but I couldn't find head or tail of them here. I unpacked the exe (nice message btw), and I figured out that all the text works fine with just index.html, package.json and sw.js, but I can't find the text there. No, I went with a different interpretation of succubi for this game, sorry. The physical changes are minimal, and she doesn't have like a succubus form or anything.

That is actually what we were going for, more or less. Something anime but with a bit more character. "Like pokèmon" was thrown around in our discussions. So that's either a win (it looks the way we wanted!) or not so much a win (it's too obvious what inspired the art!), but at least it was largely intentional.

Succubus Stories game data is all in the index.html file, in a data chunk, in a compressed form. When the game starts up, the data is decompressed and loaded into memory, and all the text content and code is run from there. So you can access the data by either retrieving it from memory or by locating the data chunk and decompressing the game data. To put the data back, you'd obviously need to recompress the game data again. Overall, I think it'd be challenging to do, but it's not impossible. I use

to compress and decompress the data to/from base 64.

The game does support mods, but replacing content in the way you'd need to to guarantee anal creampies would actually not be possible via mods at this time.
