If you are still stuck, you can also visit the recollection room. On the right side, far right you can see the sprite of the photos guy beneath to some free chairs. If you check the empty chairs, you can get a hint for what to do to unlock this. If you don't want to spoiler yourself, just check the chairs beside the ones which are occupied (unlocked). This goes for almost everything in there. If you go to the top from where you entered the room, there are the endings. If you missed some scenes, you can unlock the whole room there after you finished the whole game.
