Eh she is almost there, but not quite IMO. She is more emotionally and socially reserved than anything which might make her seem like a bitch, but she doesn't act like an asshole or has much of a dominant personality.

She is almost there yes this is true. I do believe that she is too emotionally and socially reserved. She does act bitchy throughout the game at times, but she manages to keep her modest composure throughout.

Yea but that is the thing, she acts bitchy but what the game is missing is a full on BITCH character. Someone who likes to challenge the MC, doesnt just fawn over him all the time and stands her own ground. Characters like Quinn from BaDIK or Bella from Summers Gone are good examples.
Its fine at the end of the day if we dont end up having a character like that in the game, but i would lie if i said i wasn't a little disappointed.

I can respect yuur viewpoint, but for me I am glad there isn't one of those mega bitches in SH (at least not yet and I don't think Helen quite fits the mould). I don't mind a character who challenges MC and isn't compelled to dirty her knees in front of him on first meeting, but the full on bitch? I am rather tired of that character. I'll take the less annoying but still troubled emo instead.
It is bad enough I have to see Quinn damn face in every game I play, but also her character archetype and even visual style too. As soon as i see the side shave, dyed hair, face metal, and sleeve tats, I think..well here we go again. Let me guess, she is a rebel who doesn't play by society's fucking rules man. A wild child bro, so watch out world. She'll break your heart and your balls. When she strokes a dude off, at last moment she aims his dick back at his own face. A nihilist, who takes no shit and gives no fuks. And of course hates the MC at first sight. Oh, and she is a cam whore/gamer girl too.
One of the things I liked about SH when it first appeared was the roster. The starting line up was quite thirst-quenching. Each one unique looking (aside from all of them being cross-eyed). You can tell the designers didn't just settle for the base Daz models. They spent time working on them. The personalities, while not exactly unique, are still very interesting and fun to interact with. A breath of fresh air.
We have shy, pouty, flirty, breezy, sultry, and even a...whatever Helen is. But indeed Helen also has her place at the table. She adds some realism to the mix and is just the kind of person you would expect to meet at some art camp. A few oddballs and social outcasts add to the flavour. They can't all be perfect 10s I suppose. But the 18yr old mega bitch it seems to me, would be "too cool for school" and would not be caught dead at summer camp in the first place.

Not surprising considering the fact Mia is the perfect overused archetype of the childhood best friend in love with the main character trope. With the whole guilt trip thing and the sad puppies dog eyes if your MC dares to show the slighest sign of interest in other girls.
And of course she had to be the sister of your current best bro ! For 2-3 episodes, the MC is completely oblivious to the obvious signals she sends him, despite the constant love me/ fuck me eyes shenanigans. And yes, you've got the same tiresome flashback cliche showing the cute, precious and meaningful gift she gave you years ago and the whole universe makes you understand that you're nothing but a complete heartless monster, the Devil himself just because you're showing more interst in more attractive and less insecure characters. Icing on the cake she's probably a virgin still waiting for the prince charming despite the fact, the MC is more likely a stud and a horny dog.
I was bored before her first line. The guilt trip never works for me with that kind of cliche character. On the contrary, this motivates me to bang litteraly every others girls except her. I'd even jump on the Helene bomb just to piss her off.

Mia type isn't the problem in itself to me, its how she is written, you can make any archetype interesting i think her problem is that she doesn't have enough screen time. This scene was actually the closest Eve got to the bitch type herself actually. She was rude, confident and dominant in that scene and directing it all at the jogger girl
This might be the REAL Eve, it's just that she hasn't really come out of her shell fully around us, since its not yet revealed but its fairly obvious she was hurt in the past emotionally either by a previous love interest or a family member, someone betrayed her trust/cheated on her, which is why she isn't even a fan of the MC talking to other girls. In her mind she probably sees it as a sing of him lacking loyalty.
