The problem with the side girls is that the devs won't be able to deliver at all, there are to much of them ( cass, busty cop, the bartender, rainbowstipper, hannah, jenni, the cunt jogger, the pornstar and all the tinder girls)... i mean for just one date/meeting with all of them it represent literally years and years of work for the devs. No matter how cool and interesting some of them seems ( or not) and how how much i like some of them, it is just not worth it at all since they are not main girls and most of them only a one time thing. Better focus on the main cast. Anyway it feel that the devs set themself for failure with doing side girls.
The thing is, it's their game and they can go in any direction they choose.. If they wanted to do an update where MC leaves camp for a while, and not interact with any of the main girls much, (only via text) they could do that.

It may be grammatically correct but an awful lot of it is delivered in go nowhere conversations that are never brought up again. Most of it feels like filler dialogue to me personally. A lot is being said but most of it is unimportant.
Exactly how I felt, especially in the forest.

Sure, but what would that even achieve? The progression with the LIs is already glacial and sending texts to them isn't going to help with that. If he can't stay at the camp what is he going to do, wait at home for them to get out in a few weeks? We don't even know how far away that is but he needed to take a bus to get there. The lack of interactions with the girls is already an issue and focusing on several updates where he is away would only exacerbate things. It would definitely take more than one update.

I didn't say they weren't allowed to do it. Just that they won't be able to achieved it and pull it off. It feel unlikely and crazy that the dev are gonna be making this game for 10+ years. At this rate they are going for 20 lol. Or maybe the 3 days deadline thing is them setting themself an exist from getting stuck forever making the game when they realised they were way to ambitious and it's too much. A least they are not abandoning the game.... And 3 days would still make them commit for at least 6 years which is already A LOT.

edit: Don't get me wrong i love the game and i wouldn't mind them going forever i don't really care if it's slow but it feel highly unrealistic, most dev/people wouldn't want to do that. But maybe it's the case of those devs idk (they don't seems to really communicate of their long term plans for the game, at least that i'm aware of )

I supported them on patreon for months now and most likely will continue for years to come. Just to be clear that i'm not here to trash the game what so ever even if i share some concerns. And poke a little bit of fun about the development time^^

My theory is that MC is really gonna be kicked out in three days and go back home and have some character building back home while everyone back at camp is sad and mopey and does something to get MC back to camp.

MC's gonna try to pull some stunt before going though. Maybe he'll fuck Kate, but then she'll still kick MC out, something like that. Maybe Miller will try to help MC stay somehow. Who knows what MC's dad is gonna do. But yeah that's my theory.

I think it's funny that when you look at the thread everyone is gushing at how pretty his favorite girl is, and when you look at the galery IG half the scenes are with random strippers nobody cares about.
Side girls are lame for the most part, for every 5 sex scenes (ending in orgasm) featuring the main LIs there should just be 1 (one) sex scene for any side girl, not the other way around. Devs need to weigh their priorities
The way I see it, Cassandra, the Ember girls and the experiences at Freya with Rainbow, Jenni, and Lainey (though non-sexual, other than her watching) are just to fill a nudity quota and a sex quota. Because movement with the main girls is not something to rush, the devs want to give something else to keep people seeing it as a "porn game" and to keep those who might otherwise drop away interested.

They could have made a slow burn along the lines of Hillside, where there is very minimal nudity but it works because of the story and characters. I don't think these devs are able to do that, from what I've seen though, and IMO they made the decision to include ultimately meaningless distractions instead of going this route (because no matter if it works or not, there will always be complaints if there are no sex scenes).

The thing is there are multiple logical options for how things move forward right now :

A- Continue at this pace for a fully fleshed-out story for MC, main LIs + side girls but it will take years to finish
B- Rush things out, some characters will be less developed than others
C- Like option A but it will be axed at the end
D- Get abandoned at some point in the future

The only good option without sacrifice is neither the 4 mentioned above, it is much bigger or more frequent updates

Ok, I will try again !

after my initial disappointment with the 0.6 update I took my time and re-played it again for a 2nd and 3rd time, I still think that the update was a bit short in terms of sexual development with some characters but I also think that with the way the story is now heading that this was a good opener to leave me guessing and still being keen to see where it goes...

I have characters that I prefer and would like to see more involved, but then again they are all sexy and have their own little fantasy that fills up my imagination. so for me I don't care, Mia, Eve, Bree, Sophie, Cassandra or any of the Ember girls or the ones at the Bar...

I get that there was a lot of time spent on Michael and his side, but to be fair I don't mind having this in the update.
somehow I also don't believe that after 3 days that we will be sent home, there will be some development with Miller, the Bar and the Police that will throw a wrench in the situation... and also Ms. Hill wants MC waaaaay too hard that she will send him home! my 10 cents here!
