if in your play through u put 20 coins into the box, u unlock a red button in the memories mode when u finish the play through. Clicking on that button in memories mode will give u the option to unlock all content in the memories mode

If yes, then next day, next morning you must talk to the card-playing kids in park with that boy already there waiting for you, again.
After that, next day, probably noon/afternoon, akari will be in the park.

I can't really help because I don't know if you took all necessary steps. Did you talk to Menta at night 2 days after defeating him? If so, did you play the game with the kids 3 or 4 days in a row once per day?

I think it'll be the pharmacist as someone else said too, since a local nurse wouldn't be too far out of question for this small town. However, Dojin Otome did say "junior researcher" so we may get Suzuka's kouhai as the next Heroine. Or a local god of the mountain since I think one showed up with an actual drawn image to help abit financially from your offers in "Housemaid" (memory maybe hazy though)
Last thing would be that hidden unused character file mentioned a few pages ago.

Hmm yeah I can see why you’d think it’s the junior researcher, i don’t think so though, he kinda made it seem like they might be getting cucked by boku lmfao. We know how one of the characters looks so far but the other one is still a complete mystery, a shrine goddess would be kinda neat tho.

This is just speculation and it most likely won't happen. But I think one of two things could happen.
1. As you said Suzuka's kouhai maybe cucked and will only show up for the cutscene parts like all the other background characters in the routes of the current game.
2. Or Dojin may implement the suspicion mechanic into the sub heroines.
Like for instance Akari's mom would work similar to how the threesome and foursome skill was acquired for the main girls.
You maybe able to bring the sub-heroines around their house (it'd be much smaller though cuz production ofc) and since the game shows characters moving place to place this may work for the sub-girls.
I can imagine its implementation:
Shizuku's grandma, Akari's mom as I said, Kagami's neighbor (if she lives in an small apartment), and Suzuka's kouhai.
Unsure about Mizuki's though? You guys can make one up.
(Overall it could happen since Dojin is a very adaptable Developer, though its probably the last thing on their mind)
