honestly the only other shota game that's completed and has a high level quality is Succubus Affection. It's not the same type of game but most would say it's one of the best games on this site. One of the best shota games around aside from summer and winter memories. Luckily the dev of SA is making another game onee x shota based again. And will also make a sequel to SA as well.
One that had "ALOT" of potential but is unfinished and probably won't ever be at this point is Labyrinth of Estras. Dev has had some life and health problems and a controversy regarding fan translation. Best 3D shota game or demo at this point.
I'll name a few more but they aren't all great. The Kabopuri games, just look up on dlsite, all the games that dev made is onee x shota. This game is short but pretty gud on "DLsite" 真夜中の甘えんぼ. There is GinginPark on the same site. All these games you can find on other sites.
Honestly looking into smaller games would just be lowering your standards. Believe me most of us who look for these games just end up dissapppointed and just return to playing the games I mentioned.
I recommend you for this game download an apk ( there various apk online ) instead of emulate with joiPlay

I remember one day I visited a friend's house and when he left for something I went into his computer and saw that he was making a mod of summer memories even though he didn't have anything advanced he only had one model and I saw in his notes that he had planned to do NTR but for the protagonist and it was about three characters (for Yui a teenage boy her age), (Rio a boy the same age as Boku) and (Miyuki a man), I don't know how it was going but he had only planned for Miyuki and it was to make a red bar where the man's progress was but it would only increase if he visited Miyuki at home and talked to her and we could avoid it if we talked to her, it was the only progress he had planned. And when I visited him for months I saw that he hadn't made any progress I think he didn't know how to make a mod because in his history there was how to create mods or applications for PC

Is there a way to have sex on the toilet? And for some reason when I make the characters have sex by coaxing them the mc doesn’t end the scene by cumming. It’s just an endless cycle of fucking.

Sounds like you're not extracting the game files to a folder before playing or doing it in a folder without writing permissions. Try doing it in a folder in the desktop or the root of the disk to make sure.
Toilet attack and Bath attack are skills you learn by watching dubious DVDs late at night, you get one of them from Gacha Man after completing his quest (he'll appear in the evening next to the shop after a certain date) and the other randomly by fishing.
To finish a sex scene click Boku on the left bottom corner, you'll get the option to use items (to replenish Lust/Stamina) or finish the scene.
