I don't know what effect of realism can give a blurred scene where nothing is visible. If the MC was very drunk at that moment and Ocean expressed it in this way, then I think you are right. View attachment 2880696 View attachment 2880697
one is POV without any depth of field, the other one is third person with camera focused on MC and Bella. they are different and I'm not sure I'd call one of them better than the other. one is good for normal PC games where you need to see things as precise as possible, the other is good for "cinematic scenes" where moving things in and out of focus is another way of storytelling

PashaFromRu.. Kazakhstan? :ROFLMAO:
the only thing missing is a random korean girl or Sage avatar but that would make it too easy

https://f95zone.to/threads/summers-gone-oceanlab-fan-art-assets-thread.119223/post-10832057 the original, but you don't have to change it.

Overall it's all the same. You never claimed you made it so it's all good. A few reditards tried stealing art a few times, but didn't work out so well.

Some people just can't swallow the fact that a pirate site has better artists than official discords. Reddit pretty much doesn't have artists, they just post other people's stuff
Reloaded all the pictures that AI found for me.

I've seen a few SG fan art that are as good as Ocean's best footage. I totally understand you.

Ok, this is my last comment on this topic... In my opinion, in the first picture we see a beautiful car, for which this could be an advertising photo... And in the second, you can see two crazy young people who want to break into the neighbor's house at night, so no one cares what type car is in the yard... I'm done

I am talking about the panic attack scenes in the remake. :HideThePain:
I'll go with a direct quote from my earlier post:

Whether you agree with the inclusion or portrayal of panic attacks, Ocean uses them as means to show times of extreme mental anguish - the turmoil the MC is going through as he tries to break out of the cage of his past trauma - and also allows him to show how, in just one weeks' time, the difference Bella can make in the MC's life.

When it comes to the inclusion/portrayal of panic attacks - we will simply have to agree to disagree - hardly a first on this or any F95 thread - and thanks for discussing it!

Cheers! :coffee:

And he doens't cry, he has clearly panic attacks.
Let it be not tears but sweat as you said. Aren't you wondering where the MC's got a panic attack from? After all, they do not just happen so there must be a trigger. As I wrote earlier, MC had a situation with Victoria where the eraser served as a trigger. This is simply superbly portrayed by the author. What do you think was the trigger here?
They were two when SG and WIAB started, no idea what the other guys name was, it doesn't really matter anymore nowadays. And while it was kinda a boring, comically over the top, falling down in high school version when they made it together it became something WAY better now.
You are the first person who says that the old SG failed.

I will do what most others already do here from now on, because you are either a troll or an unempathic weirdo. Have a nice one.
If someone's opinion does not coincide with yours, then this person is a troll?

Really, you are one of the most laughable and pathetic trolls i have ever seen here,
just grabbing art and images from the internet and sex sites
You are a real record holder for stupidity :) Do you really think that people walk around different sites in search of pictures? You probably don’t even know what a neural network is and how to use it to search for pictures. You can write to me as much as you like, I love to laugh :)

It's obvious that Ocean wants to make a cinematographic novel, where the scenes can show what Mc is feeling or doing at that moment, SG is more of a sentimental game (at least for me), it tries to express feelings and that's why the change in the scene, above we have a good scene that shows us the place so that the player can know where he is, the image below shows the view of Mc and Bella into the place, and I think it's because Ocean try to show that we are there, like seeing the characters on the same plane, I don't know if I explain myself well, but I´m trying .

Anyway, this is how I feel about the game and how I interprete the scenes, of course only Ocean knows what he is trying to express and maybe different players can feel different things.

Your opinion is clear and so is mine, you don't like the change and I do, it's not a problem (y)

I’ll answer you two right away, you write about the same thing. Take a close look at the light. In the old picture, all light sources are not fake, they have brightness, intensity and direction of light, as well as reflection. Every light source had to be tuned. Look at the new picture where everything is blurry and all light sources are shown as light spots. They all don't illuminate anything, they don't have light direction and of course they don't have reflections. This is a low quality fake lighting made in haste. Now let's talk about render quality. For the old image, at least 4000 samples were used, maybe less if denoising was used. In the new image, everything is blurry and there is no need to make a high-quality picture. I wouldn't be surprised that 50 samples were used in its rendering. To put it simply, 10 times more effort and time was spent on the old image than on the new one.

Here you are wrong. I like the changes, I don't like that the quality of the changes has started to decline a lot.

No problem. Order advertising in our company and I will do it for you, of course, for money. When the advertisement is ready you can show it to everyone. I might even be able to give you a discount.
ps I'm not a guru, I'm still in training.

Talented and generous too! I'm swooning. I will have to decline your offer, however, as you haven't established any credibility on the matter.

I just said the same thing. I know Ocean uses panic attacks to show MC has a tragic past, and MC having a panic attack after kissing Bella or any other girl was fit for his situation. But in rework, his just having a panic attack by just being outside is laughable for me (side note: I don't know anything about mental problems, and I'm just telling you what I think is great).
