Does the tabletop game even need rework? It looked fine and fun to me. What is there to rework?
The tabletop game was just not interesting at all. I just skip past it every playthrough. It exists to be skipped. A shame because it has potential. Just the game's setting lacks goofy comic relief fun characters atm to liven up the ttrpg experience. A character like wingman Derek from Badik would've made a ttrpg 100 times better. But SG lacks those type of characters.

Guys! In the new year, I would like to remember that this thread was started on May 8, 2019.

According to the calculator, 5 years 7 months 3 weeks and 4 days have passed since then.

Also I would like to remind that Ocean didn't start working on SG right away. Around November 2019, the first developer mentions that Ocean has joined the game development and is doing some renders for Chapter 2. On December 31, 2019, the Chapter 2 beta announcement comes out, where Ocean says that he is currently working on the visuals of the game and has done about 1,200 renders for Chapter 2, while the first developer has done about 100. I guess you can consider Ocean to be working on Summer's Gone full-time from now on. So it's been 5 years and 2 days since he started working on the game full-time.

Just for your attention.
