Love Bella. She doesn't get a pass, she is just able to back up her arrogance. I can respect that. Similar with Vanessa, I think she has a deeply misguided and inaccurate vew of the dynamic between men and women but she can still stand on her own and back up her actions and views.

Zara exudes an arrogance born out of thin air with nothing behind to back it up. She is not only damaged but weak. If you tear her down and beat her on her own game she will just crumble and fall apart. I absolutely can't stand her non stop competitive nature.

But hey, admittedly, I have some controversial takes. For example Summer is right down there with Zara, Nia, Nadia, Kate and the bitch twin (I LOVE the ditzy one). I have an almost visceral hatred of Summer based on all we've seen so far. What a foul, unbearable teen she was. But a lot of ppl don't see it that way so make of it what you will.

Truly a experience reading how some traits are perceived different by us in this story.

For me Bella and Zara are similar, difference is Bella is switching between hot and cold. Confident and insecure having a battle inside her mind.

Zara is more constant, she lives and dies by her competitive nature. Turning into sweaty hugger with bright eyes.
She is honest with herself and would elevate Nika into his past self.

Thinking in a objective way she is the one helping him get into the basketball team, getting a grip on his competitive nature.

Bella is the Gasoline for his fire, the one you don't feed past midnight. The drama, poster girl.

N reasons why Bella is popular.

Both are flawed and broken.

Summer is way over done in the flashbacks. Like a force of nature, boyish and funny. Too perfect. Only having Nami longing gaze into Nika making clear her feelings and why cheeto best girl.

It depends on which version you are talking about. If we talk about Mila before the remake, then her breasts have grown a lot; if we compare Mila from the current 1st chapter with Mila from chapter 5, then I would say that her boobs look a little bit smaller in ch5. But this is on the scale of Mila's breast, of course

Man, what do you expect from a 13 years old girl/boy? Nika, Summer and Nami were 12-13 in those flashbacks.
Remember: those are Nika's memories - you cannot tell how imbiased and accurate they are.

Is it asking too much for them not to find entertainment in pitting animals against each other? I wasn't the most balanced child in the world but the worst I ever did was squashing a few ants...

And yes I know that MC can be an unreliable narrator. I was making a judgement from what we've seen so far. But it's her entire attitude. Her violent and confrontational demeanor, her actions towards Nami and even her cousin. I can't help but see a vile, self centered child. Had I been the one to raise someone like that, I would have failed as a parent.

First, I am impressed and not quite sure how you did this composite. Second, I prefer the Chapter 2 body you are showing compared with the rest. Chapter 3 her waist is way too small. Chapter 5 is nice. Chapter 1 is ridiculous.

True. And I'm sure there is a deeper meaning between the spiders, the colorful flowers and everything else at the cabin. But still that is the way the MC remembers and portrays her in his mind. Which doesn't paint her in a good light imo.

I'm sure there is a backstory which will make it make sense but still... It doesn't seem right how she just cast Nami aside like that but goes out of her way to make Nia feel better on her birthday? He's afraid she's playing games with him and says their past doesn't make it any easier now as if she's done something similar in the past. He warns her that if she plays now, it will be end of any relationship between them, she will become a ghost to him. And their conversation earlier at Vic's, when he warns her he is going to tell Amber something about them. This is a vague topic, but it came up twice in Chapter 4.5.

Yes I did my conjecture about the past and based on this.

I do think she loves him but.
Did something to stir shit, like we know he beat up people to "protect" her.

We can be certain about Nami fears showing her true feelings, saying the words maybe as she already belive Nika choose Summer over her once.

And playing with a whore Nika you can still move foward with her in that scene.
That can only means Nami is 100% in love canon. she accepts you knowing about Bella /Mila/Vic.
