If I remember correctly, the branching between dark & light path was abandoned with the rework. Now it's just a story about "a depressed dude trying to get his wang working again with the help of a shit ton of hotties".

Only Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 are being reworked.

Chapter 3 had two small scene changes because these scenes still used an obsolete character model (2019 Nojiko and Claire)
Chapter 3.5 only had a texture change. (You change the texture of an asset, and put em in the queue again.)

But now only the Ch5 Beta is releasead, so you'll have to wait until Ch5 Full is out, where the Ch2 rework will be completed.

All remakes will be complete for the steam release of season 1 which is chapter 5 full. If you want your saves to work for the future seasons, wait for 5 full. If you play now and don't like doing replays, you'll miss the content that's be fixed in 5 full.

Well ive played till ch3 before now i playef from start i liked the remake till i reached halt of the part 2 soo i think i should play the rest and play half of chapter 2 after release cuz its taking along time for ch5 full i think lol

Does one path have to be more rewarding than the others? Does Ocean have to make sure all routes are on even ground?

I mean even if he made Nia and Zara's paths the best and most rewarding you still couldn't pay me enough to go through it. They are both on the bottom of my ranking. I can't stand Zara's personality and I have no intention to befriend Nia. She just rubs me the wrong way. If I don't like the characters I probably won't enjoy their content either so I'm good.

What, Nia does have a situation to dislike her and Ocean made her sweet and dorky to test our moral. But Zara is one fine Amazonian princess that is blossoming into a girly girl when interested with Nika.

I would guess that you dislike Bella too otherwise why she got a pass?

So, on one hand you praise Regium for making "characters with different personalities and behavior" that "Ocean could not repeat".

This is why I called Ocean an excellent artist, and Regium an excellent director.

I guess it depends on the underlying cause of the impotence (which is also a lack of libido) - pills don't necessarily "cure" underlying psychological problems. For example, you would give the MC a Viagra. Yes, he might get a boner but that doesn't mean he has the libido/desire to use it.

You went in the wrong direction. And this problem is false, because MC has no problems. The thing is that Ocean didn’t think through the plot and that’s why we are faced with such stupidity.

There is possibly a bit of a contradiction there. However, we don't know what hospital she works at or how much she is paid. We don't even know "which side of town" the hospital is (Nojiko lives in a middle class part of town), which could greatly affect $$. I don't recall if Nojiko has put aside $$ to put two children through college.

Doctors' salaries start at $200,000 and can easily exceed half a million or more. Although let's forget about this and remember the plot. Do you remember that Zara's father is a millionaire? Do you think he will be treated in a cheap clinic for the poor or choose the best one with professional doctors? Here's your answer.
Why did you decide that Nojiko lives in a middle class neighborhood? Although with all these alterations by Ocean, you probably forgot how Bella was making fun of the MC and the place where he lives.

The current SG world looks LIVED-IN with so many background characters/people. That's something I like about the rework.

I like it too. The only strange thing is that the secondary character is more interesting and sexier than many of the main ones.

This topic comes up here from time to time, but, unfortunately, there has not yet been a hero who would collect all the questions and mysteries about the game in one post (as well as answers to them given in the new chapters of the game) and keep it up to date. I've seen something like that for BaD, but for SG unfortunally not.

And under the piles of garbage that have been added to this thread lately, it will be difficult to find these discussions. So feel free to start the discussion again and get this thread back to the topic of Summer's Gone game.

Love Bella. She doesn't get a pass, she is just able to back up her arrogance. I can respect that. Similar with Vanessa, I think she has a deeply misguided and inaccurate vew of the dynamic between men and women but she can still stand on her own and back up her actions and views.

Zara exudes an arrogance born out of thin air with nothing behind to back it up. She is not only damaged but weak. If you tear her down and beat her on her own game she will just crumble and fall apart. I absolutely can't stand her non stop competitive nature.

But hey, admittedly, I have some controversial takes. For example Summer is right down there with Zara, Nia, Nadia, Kate and the bitch twin (I LOVE the ditzy one). I have an almost visceral hatred of Summer based on all we've seen so far. What a foul, unbearable teen she was. But a lot of ppl don't see it that way so make of it what you will.

Man, what do you expect from a 13 years old girl/boy? Nika, Summer and Nami were 12-13 in those flashbacks.
Remember: those are Nika's memories - you cannot tell how imbiased and accurate they are.

Truly a experience reading how some traits are perceived different by us in this story.

For me Bella and Zara are similar, difference is Bella is switching between hot and cold. Confident and insecure having a battle inside her mind.

Zara is more constant, she lives and dies by her competitive nature. Turning into sweaty hugger with bright eyes.
She is honest with herself and would elevate Nika into his past self.

Thinking in a objective way she is the one helping him get into the basketball team, getting a grip on his competitive nature.

Bella is the Gasoline for his fire, the one you don't feed past midnight. The drama, poster girl.

N reasons why Bella is popular.

Both are flawed and broken.

Summer is way over done in the flashbacks. Like a force of nature, boyish and funny. Too perfect. Only having Nami longing gaze into Nika making clear her feelings and why cheeto best girl.

It depends on which version you are talking about. If we talk about Mila before the remake, then her breasts have grown a lot; if we compare Mila from the current 1st chapter with Mila from chapter 5, then I would say that her boobs look a little bit smaller in ch5. But this is on the scale of Mila's breast, of course

And yes I know that MC can be an unreliable narrator. I was making a judgement from what we've seen so far. But it's her entire attitude. Her violent and confrontational demeanor, her actions towards Nami and even her cousin. I can't help but see a vile, self centered child. Had I been the one to raise someone like that, I would have failed as a parent.

First, I am impressed and not quite sure how you did this composite. Second, I prefer the Chapter 2 body you are showing compared with the rest. Chapter 3 her waist is way too small. Chapter 5 is nice. Chapter 1 is ridiculous.
