Leap of Faith is by far my favorite avn. There are some pretty heavy topics going on in it, and writing is superb,

Try Deluca Family, where, similarly to here, the story comes first, and then the sex and action take place in a very interesting Tarantinoesque, Sincityesque stylized universe and just like here, everyone is waiting for the second season.

Finally played this game and I'm not so hot about it. My main issue is that the plot is barely moving but at the same time relationships are moving way too fucking fast in just 1 in-game week.
Another thing that brothers me and this also happens in his other game is how normalized is that characters just show up with their tits out and the MC never makes a comment or isn't phased about it.

One of the best ones for sure.
Pretty heavy? That's putting it mildly. Obviously I haven't played them all, but it has probably one of the heaviest topic ever in an AVN.
Strictly from a story writing perspective, I wouldn't call it superb. There are lots of plot holes that one can fly an A380 through. But it has a rather raw, unvarnished, and realistic portrayal of a heavy subject that even Hollywood often does wrong. For that alone it is rightfully commended.

While I do agree about the plot moving at a snail pace, and kinda expected in a 32 chapters games. I don't think the relationships are moving to fast, Bella has the first season almost entirely dedicated to her and the maximum you get out of her is a no strings attached relationship, it hardly is moving too faster. The nudity I partly agree, the only time it bothered me a little was Bella at the beginning of chapter 5 and even so I can think of a half hearted excuse, others instances it makes sense and not every culture finds boobs so offensive that they had a visceral responde to see it so MC behavior is not strange to me.

Poor guy is getting cooked a bit for liking a game
No offense Tstemen732, I think LoF is a really, really solid game. Solid enough that I don't even feel comfortable calling it overrated. But at the same time, I can't see it getting past "solid" or "good". There are some glaring flaws that drag it down a bit. The game is overpraised imo. Despite all my criticisms of SG, it's a better game overall even this early in the story.

Surprising take.
As much of a loud critic as I am of SG, I've always felt that if I could erase all my memories of what this game was pre-rework and play it for the first time right now, I'd absolutely love it! Even with the valid points you mentioned.
Sadly, I will never be able to let go of how incredibly awesome Summer's Gone was before ch3.5 dropped. So I'm left with playing a game that is inferior to what it used to be in all aspects except for render/art quality. Which is one of the aspects I care about the least in an AVN

I'll be honest.. this games makes no sense from a sex point of view, I get making a game without sex scenes but in 95% of these scenarios, in real life that shit would end up with sex. It's literally unrealistic how many scenarios end abruptly because of the gay MC or because apparently everyone in that game enjoy being blueballed... If people enjoy that, good for them but for me, that's just a waste of good renders and that's too bad.
You're talking about Summers gone? If so, you seem to lack empathy about trauma. Sex will be here but for now, it's secondary. I'm not that good at english as you can see but you wrote "this games" and not "this game" or "these games" so pardon me if i'm confused.
On the game itself, i've now finished the Saison 1, even read 3 "routes" (nami/bella and mila). The following will contain spoilers. Tbh i like what i've read but it's not without problems. I've the feeling that things happen really quickly. I mean how many time spend in the game after the begining of the university? One or two week? And on one day only, the MC go to the lake until the evening, spend time with his new "family", make some tennis, train with the basketball team, return to jacuzzi AND go somewhere else to talk, re-eat, go to walk twice (one for pizza), watch two movie and finaly sleep!
How did they find the time to do that in one evening is unbelievable.
I liked how the chemistry between the MC and bella worked. They all have this freespirit/leader mindset where each one wanna do what they wanted but they now need to compromise with each other. I think nami and her are too central in the game but if that's what the creator wanted, i will follow the gaze : ) . I mean, these 2 take so much time on screen that i don't really know what are the real possible main girl beside them. Probablt victoria and mila, but i dunno for the rest.
I'm okay with that since i'm team nami .Sad to see that she is only 'roomate" now, which make no sense to me (except the steam/patreon/whatever rules). I wish we could stay with what i've read these years before (i've finished chapter 3 years before and i'm returning here now), meaning nami being the MC's brother. I also find it sad that nami has to suppressed her feeling for the MC but i understand too well the feeling. That one of the thing i loved about her route. I'm curious to see how other characters will react on the route where they will be together (would be better if she was still a sister for that).
I'm also curious to see if a harem path is possible or if some polyamories are planned. I mean i'm not really into that, but i'm curious. Considering Nami personality (who nearly kiss a girl in the jacuzzi ), i would like to avoid it if possible in my main route. I also find it believable that someone like bella would do some threesome, considering her strong libido, but ican't see her loving multiple person at the same time. If i have to guess, the roleplay game could be a door for stuff like that.
All in all it's a great game with great render, slow in devellopment but maybe it's the price to pay for the quality. it lack emotionnal drama but i've a feeling that we will get there (especialy on the bella route with poor nami who will need to accept that she isn't the chosen one )
