And i'm still at the same point as i was 2 hours ago..
Can kiss with the mother, but that's it.
Can touch sisters breasts but that's it.

Can you miss content or story lines if you do choices wrong or something?, or am i just stupid and i'm missing something..

after that i went to the bank and i heared about the debt, but no new men in black guys are showing up.
Have i missed the chance to advance in this route ?,

You get the next guys in black suits visit it after you solve the insurance problem for the broken car. Just keep playing until Mom gives you that quest, of course you need to have finished the other quests for her as well.
For the Sister storyline to progress you have to catch mom masturbating and the Sister comes to investigate.
Visit at night the house you will get Sis watching porn on Tv. (unlocks the TV)
Connect her computer to the MC's computer (Requires going at night in her room and interact with the computer, password in her diary), Read her diary after being caught by Sis watching Mom by telling her when Sis is laying on her bed reading the diary with the dialogue "mom needs you" .

It will trigger eventually, just keep going through days and do stuff then come back in the afternoon, that's how i got the visit.
The game needs a lot of time to trigger the events, same for the sis questline, before you get to do her you will need to wait the telescope events\cam events which take a minimum of a week in-game for every event to trigger.

I just hope the Lifeguard at the swimming pool will soon do all the options that don't work yet because i kind of have a thing for Gloryhole content, which imho is rare in games. Overall i wouldn't mind finishing the begun content that is in the game.. like the bigtitty girl in the broken toilet in school or the principal foofucksClan thingy in the basement.
But really looking forward to it, Summertime Saga is one of my favorites atm.

for that to happen a Vote must decide to flesh out Cassy, so nothing for at least 5-6 months, this if people on patreon vote for her, otherwise the time needed for that happening will increase

Don't forget to upgrade all your stats, the easiest to miss is playing the RPG game on the computer in your room. If you used any stat cheats you may have b0rked your game and need to start over or use someone else's save.

To get the guys, it's usually that you have to approach your house during the afternoon or something. Look for you mom around the house besides the kitchen. Check in the shower. All of this goes on after you mow the lawn IIRC.
Other things to do include donating your sperm in your aunt as well as getting Eric the game and doing that storyline.
Also, you can try to save the dog in the forest.
Or check the gym and see if you can't do another part of the panties quest.
Overall, try out a LOT of different things to see other stuff besides just the one storyline.
